Un lindo lugar en una ubicación increíble. Pero mucho por mejorar en la atención a los huéspedes.

Cons:

La actitud del personal no es la mejor. Los termostatos de nuestras dos habitaciones no permitían bajar la temperatura. Lo informamos, pero no hubo respuesta.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was near a metro station so was easy to travel to wherever I wanted to get too. Shower was great. Overall happy with the stay and would stay again.

Cons:

Wifi signal was poor. AC did work reasonably well but wasn't that strong and was a little noisy, which may bother some guests if they're sensitive to sound, water leaked from it a bit as well but no major issues.
