Hotel consigliato come posizione, zona tranquilla,ben servita a due passi dal centro storico
Pros:

La posizione è eccellente, la reception disponibile e l’interno dell’albergo accogliente e con utili servizi compreso il deposito bagagli. Davanti all’hotel Puerta de Toledo taxi sempre presenti e servizi metropolitani e bus e mini market vicini e altro ancora. Una bottiglia di acqua naturalizzata all’arrivo in camera.

Cons:

Un po’ deluso per Il bagno della camera assegnata al primo piano da rivedere per alcune parti usurate. Sarebbe opportuno Maggiore attenzione alla pulizia quotidiana della camera. Nessun kit di benvenuto o bollitore e/o macchina da caffè in camera come molto alberghi del genere mettono a disposizione visto il prezzo pagato.

My "home" when in Madrid!
Pros:

I have been staying in this hotel when visiting Madrid, at least once a year since January 2019. Great location, great staff, very good fascilities. This time they gave me an upgrade which was nice!

Cons:

I would like more variety in the breakfast cereal selection, eg muesli and granola on top of the basic flakes and also extra add in like seeds, nuts etc to enrich it.

Hermoso todo, muy recomendable!
Pros:

Excelente desayuno, comodidad de la habitación y el baño amplio, 24 hs abierto, la vista desde la ventana en el 6to piso y la arboleda de la ubicación, parada de taxi a metros de la puerta, todo muy bien!

Fabulous place to stay for city break
Pros:

Fabulous stay on May half term week. Room was perfect, on 4th floor opposite lift but not disturbed by noise. Beds comfy. We slept really well. Shower good. We had breakfast which was good choice and set us up for the day. Ate one evening in the cafe, nice food and drinks and at a reasonable price too. Supermarket nearby for drinks. Fridge in toom
Good aircon. Metro on opposite side of roundabout for access to other areas. Hop on off bus stop nearby too. It was a perfect base for us.

Great location for a few days in Madrid
Pros:

Good location. Quieter than the main city centre but short walk to all the main sites. Booked a twin - the single beds bigger than normal ones

Walls v thin and could hear guests be noisy by lifts all night
