Lovely hotel but missing our train spoiled the experience
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a great location. The room was very clean with excellent air con. the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The biggest drawback was that the hotel only has one small lift and staff use it during the day, therefore coming back to your room during the day necessitates using the stairs. On our final day the lift stopped working with our luggage in it, causing a delay that meant the we missed our train and spent four very hot and uncomfortable hours in Gare De Nord.

Wunderschöne Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück und Tee und Kuchen mittags, sehr zentral gelegen keine 5 Minuten zum Louvre, direkt an den tuillerines

Best birthday surprise for my daughter.
Pros:

The location is excellent and the room was nice and spacious. The staff was kind and accommodating. We celebrated my daughter’s early birthday gift and surprise in Paris and the staff had made it very special for her. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The towels can be renewed and the breakfast is average. Being in France I expected better quality pastries.
