Nice room and position
Pros:

Wide room and confortable.
Frigobar should be better (it switch off when you leave the room) and air conditioning should be more powerful compared to room dimensions.

Nice gem in the heart of the Paris
Pros:

I had been in Normandy for a week and had a Friday night to kill in Paris before flying out. I was looking for a place that was relatively cheap, in the heart of town, and close to the RER B rail line, so I would have a straight shot to CDG in the morning. This is steps away from the Châtelet stop, within walking distance or a short Metro ride from most places you would want to go, so it fit the bill nicely, and honestly I wasn't expecting very much.

I was very pleasantly surprised. It's obviously been recently renovated, so the room was stylish and spotless, and it had a modern shower. It even had enough outlets! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Even though it's in the heart of an *extremely* busy area, it's off on the side street, so the noise wasn't too bad.

My plan to take the train in the morning fell through because of construction or a strike of something (bienvenue à Paris!), but the little side street was a very convenient place to catch an Uber.

We wanted to get a cup of coffee in the morning and the staff wouldn’t allow us to bring a cup of coffee to our room! Totally unacceptable in my opinion (we didn’t opt to include breakfast but were willing to pay for the coffee!)

Comfortable, well-located boutique hotel in the best location
Pros:

The location could not be better. It’s in the 1st arrondissement which makes it ideal to walk in the best parts of Paris like Le Marais. Lots of shopping around and good restaurants and cafes and the metro Chatelet steps away. I loved how peaceful it is and a good right sleep in a quiet hotel is a moat after walking all day. The bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than other hotels I’ve stayed. The bathroom is small but you have everything you need including Fragonard products as toiletries. The person who checked me in was Victoria ( I believe her name was) she was nice and professional.

Cons:

The street smelled like urine, but other than that, nothing else.

Chambre agréable au 6eme étage. Emplacement proche de l'ile Saint Louis et petit déjeuner diversifié et copieux. Personnel agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cons:

Il n'était pas possible de régler la température (trop chaude) de l'eau de la douche... J'ai essayé de mettre la climatisation car j'ai eu un peu froid la nuit mais elle soufflait de l'air froid ? Une vérification serait utile. Un peu de bruit dans la rue le soir mais tant au 6° cela ne m'a pas empêchée de dormir.

Cons:

The reception experience felt less welcoming than expected, and at times it gave the impression that guests were not a priority. Early check-in was not possible, even by one hour, and the message was given very firmly without any attempt to offer an alternative or show flexibility. Luggage storage was also handled in a very self-service way, with no proper check of who left or collected which bag, which felt unprofessional and unsafe. I had to carry on my laptop to ensure it is safe.
Overall, the approach at reception felt somewhat impersonal and not particularly guest-oriented. The room was quite small, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom could be improved. Cleaning was generally fine, though the towel service seemed inconsistent at times.

Amazing location
Pros:
