Great location, safe, metro station close by, lots of shopping and restaurant options as well.

The location was quite good and it was very quiet for such a central location.

Cons:

The staff seemed like they were running thin so weren’t able to be as responsive as we would’ve liked. The room service menu was not great/ the food was very average.

Cons:

L' hotel ha bisogno di un restyling completo e di insonorizzare le camere. Via la moquette antiigienica, ok pavimento in legno nelle camere e aria condizionata. Le finestre sul terrazzino vanno pulite e €22 per la colazione in hotel è esoso sia per offerta e qualità del cibo servito. Cambiate arredamento del bar/sala colazione, un mix tra pub inglese e vecchia giostra del luna park. Personale front desk gentile, soprattutto una signora di Taiwan che ahimè lasciava.il lavoro

Un hôtel idéalement situé avec un personnel sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel. La situation géographique est idéale, à deux pas de l’Opéra et avec plein de bonnes adresses à côté. La chambre est confortable avec une salle de bain spacieuse.

Cons:

L’ascenseur est minuscule mais on peut en emprunter deux.

Excellent location and quiet room
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a 3 night stay. Conveniently located and a walk away from the Opera house in Paris. There was a small quiet bar downstairs to wind down after walking all day.

Cons:

The sink did it drain well. The shower 1/2 wall made it hard for shower not to spray outside the tub (no shower curtain)

Pros:

オペラ座にとても近くロケーションが良い。朝食の部屋（バル）がかわいい。朝食も美味しい。バスタブがあったこと。

Cons:

ルームサービスを頼んだのに、フロントまで取りに行かされた。ルームサービスとは？
また、注文したワイが入っておらず、その場で代金だけ支払わされた。代わりに部屋の冷蔵庫のワインを飲んだら、チェックアウトの時にそれをダブル請求され不快だった。
スタッフの愛想も悪い。

全てにおいて最高でした。
