Decepcionante
Pros:

Bom café da manhã, excelente localização. Boa limpeza e funcionários prestativos, em especial Sue, da recepção

Cons:

O quarto era diferente do contratado, e tive dificuldade para fazer a substituição. Colchão péssimo. Televisão com defeito para ligar. Um único elevador. O banheiro teve vazamento durante a noite e alagou o quarto e houve demora para resolver o problema. O preço do hotel é excessivo diante do que oferece, não é um quatro estrelas. Não voltarei e não recomendo.
