El arte de atender a la francesa

Me gustó la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama y la ubicación a 5min del metro.

Cons:

No me gustó el espacio, muy pequeño para maletas grandes. Además el recepcionista que nos recibió le molestó que no habláramos fluido en inglés, nos comentó que deberíamos aprender inglés si vivimos cerca de USA, le respondí que estamos muy lejos de usa (15hrs de vuelo, similar a Francia). Creo que con ese joven en particular deben mejorar su atención al cliente, los demás recepcionistas ningún problema.

Hotel bien ubicado, instalaciones correctas aunque con un incidente desagradable.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. A pasos de la salida de metro 14 que va directo al aeropuerto ORY.

Cons:

El PERSONAL DE LIMPIEZA QUE ES AMIGA DE LO AJENO. Solicité que no me hagan más el aseo y cada vez que me iba de la habitación cerraba valijas y ponía candado. Inviable estar confiada. Elegí un hotel para poder estar tranquila, lo cual no fue así. Debo aclarar que en compensación me regalaron los 2 desayunos que tomé en el hotel y 3 botellitas de agua.
Respecto a la habitación , que si bien tiene muy buenas instalaciones, se encuentra en un 5to piso que no llega el ascensor pues éste va solo hasta el 4to piso e incluso dentro de la habitación hay otro piso hacia el baño. La distribución del AC se concentra en el sector de abajo de la habitación por cual , en el baño ( arriba) se genera un microclima de unos 4/5 grados más. Creo que deberían hacer esa salvedad para quienes viajan solos y optan por habitación simple.

Soggiorno ottimo e piacevole
Pros:

Posizione veramente ottima vicino a Opèra e vicino a tante metro e bus e infine la via è silenziosa. Receptionist gentili e cordiali. stanza piccola ma ha tutto l’essenziale per soggiornare pochi giorni, letto comodo e cambio biancheria tutti i giorni. Ascensore utile e funzionante

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – Oper, Louvre und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Zimmer war klein, wie die meisten Zimmer im Zentrum von Paris, aber gemütlich, sauber und ruhig. Das Fenster ging zum Innenhof. Der Boden ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt und es gibt eine Klimaanlage.
Bett und Kissen sind sehr bequem, die Bettwäsche ist strahlend weiß. Die Badezimmertür besteht aus Glas😊. Ein Haartrockner sowie Toilettenartikel werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Es gibt einen Aufzug, der ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen mit Gepäck bietet.
Eine Tiefgarage befindet sich in der nächsten Straße (30 € pro Tag).

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und höflich.
