Lovely stay in Paris
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. Staff are helpful, the hotel is clean and it's a decent enough renovation. The hotel is centrally located. That being said this is a small, simple hotel with small rooms/bathrooms. The front desk helped me get a taxi to the airport when uber didn't work (order day before folks!) which I was so grateful for. For the decent nightly rate, it was perfect for us. 4.5 stars

Fantastic location. Cute hotel. Nice staff.
Pros:

Location is amazing. Room was clean, but cabinets were a bit dirty. The room was small. It's fine if you aren't planning on spending time there. And why would you when you're in Paris?!

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Tiny shower leaked profusely. Shower controls and ceiling panels falling off. Bed slid all over the floor when we sat on it. Minimal, poor quality amenities. Very unhelpful staff. Poor breakfast. Very unpleasant overall.

A quiet gem of a small hotel
Pros:

We return to Paris, our honeymoon city, to celebrate special occasions and chose the Hotel Beaubourg this time for its superb location. It had everything we needed in a small hotel and our superior double room was excellent. We loved its old-fashioned feel!

מלון אינטימי ונעים במיקום טוב מאד ברובע מארה, קרוב מאד למרכז פומפידו. החדר היה סביר ונקי (ישננו טוב)

El lugar es limpio y buen espacio en las habitaciones, el personal es muy amable y la zona es buena para caminar a lugares turísticos y restaurantes, cerca del metro.

Cons:

Las camas y almohadas no fueron cómodas. Dormimos muy mal. Es costoso pero promedio para la zona.

Pros:

A decent place with a friendly staff. It's a small boutique hotel with a rustic vibe.
Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Then again this is paris... where isnt there a location thats easy walking distance to restaurants and shops? :)

Only complaint is the walls are thin. We had some "busy" neighbors for the first 2 nights, which kept us up for a bit.

Also, do not pre-pay for breakfast there. A holiday inn continental breakfast beats this place by a mile. Again, this is paris... Much better breakfast options are available right around the corner.
