Rebooked me & never refunded
Cons:

The property rebooked me last minute to a different hotel. They left a message when I was on my flight there. Fine. Whatever. But not ideal, especially since they didn’t tell me the name of the new hotel in the message they left. We only had one night in Paris and were stuck at the airport waiting for someone to email us the address of the other hotel. I had to pay for the new hotel when I arrived there even though I had already pre-paid $400 for this hotel. Biggest issue is that it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t refunded me the cost of the stay. They claim they processed it days ago but I’m always immediately notified when a credit is being processed so they lied. Now I have to dispute it with my bank. Super fun. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with a hassle like this.

Location was excellent, very close to Notre Dame.

Room size was pretty small, though the layout was well done.

Pros:

Their breakfast was very nice and the young man doing the breakfast was exceptionally kind and considerate

Cons:

The room was not updated, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was very small, there were some small spiders in the room, and the housekeeping staff was incompetent. There was a light out, which was reported the second or third day and never got replaced.

Exceptional location on L’isle Saint Louis
Pros:

Exceptional location on the L’isle Saint Louis. We loved how quiet the area was in the morning, and how bustling with activity it was in the afternoon/evening.
We had a great room with an upstairs and a downstairs. Really felt like an apartment!

Cons:

Absolutely everything was wonderful! Wouldn’t change a thing. The only thing I would say is that 21euro for a hotel breakfast is pretty steep.

Lovely place with friendly, helpful staff in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely updated rooms, great staff. Tea time was nice. Wonderful location. Great breakfast, eggs made to order- wow don’t see that often!

Cons:

The elevator was down so hauling our bags upstairs was a lot. They had an employee doing it and he helped some of us but then I felt horrible for him. He was exhausted. I brought my bag all the way down the next day because we were in a rush and the elevator was still down.

Very quaint hotel in a great location but they need to work on the staff in reception, as that is always your first impr
Pros:

The location was perfect. The breakfast Chef was sweet, attentive and very welcoming.. the best member of the hotels staff!

Cons:

The reception employees were not very helpful. They didn’t have recommendations for the area or even offer any tip on things to do in the area.

We will be back
Pros:

Perfect location - convenient yet quiet , with a very local feel. Bedroom, bathroom and bed were good size and comfortable. The room has a balcony and window that you can open to let fresh air in and even wave to the neighbors having their dinner :) . Groceries, shops and good restaurants are just a few steps away. Staff are very nice, always smiling and helpful. Lovely cake and tea in the afternoons are such a nice touch and so welcoming after a full day of seeing the sights.

Cons:

Just some points to be aware of:
There is no minibar in the room but they do supply ice if you want to chill something.
The bathtub is a bit high to get in and out of - can be a bit of a challenge if your balance is not too good
Would be nice to have a smart TV instead of just the BBC for non French guests
