This is a gorgeous little hotel in a superb location. Small but lovely room so our stay SHOULD have been great and scored much higher.
But - due to a waterfall (broken pipe?) in our room we were forced to wake, dress, pack and move to another and much less satisfactory hotel at midnight! The staff did everything they could, which we appreciated, but it was still quite unpleasant. Shame…

A bit noisy at night
Our stay at Les Rives de Notre-Dame was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Paris with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we wanted to explore.
The hotel itself is charming, elegant, and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding level of hospitality. The team went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations, reservations, and every small request, always with kindness and a smile.
We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Paris and would gladly return again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic Parisian experience.

The staff were lovely and very helpful! It's a very nice touch that they offer you not only some coffee and water but also the whole minibar for the first time. -Of course if you want to refill anything, you have to pay for it :)- If you are a first timer in Paris, the location is great since it's right in the middle of the city. You can walk to many important and iconic places or take the bus or the metro very easily. Also it's very easy to find both an Uber or a taxi from the hotel. The rooms are more spacious compared to many Paris hotels and also it has a nice bathroom with full ammenities.
I am a very very light sleeper. So, though the rooms are sound proof, for a person who are as sensitive as I am to the noises, note that it's on a busy street. Yet again, I too, did sleep during my stay. So, it's not a big issue, I just write it to help oversensitive people.
