Pros:

Location was excellent; the metro steps away and the Luxembourg Gardens were a pleasure on a hot day and to people watch.
The people at the desk, especially Sinime and Mayeul were especially helpful in helping us navigate the city.

Un très bel hôtel, confortable, central et agréable
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un surclassement vers une chambre refaite à neuf. Très confortable. Le petit plateau bouilloire et la bouteille d’eau sont un vrai plus très appréciables. Il y a les mêmes au niveau de la réception.
Très belle localisation, centrale et proche de tous les transports. Je reviendrai !

Great hotel (as long as you don’t like ice cold beverages).
Pros:

Perfect location coming from airport, near Lux Garden and Sorbonne and Latin Quarter and Isle de la Cute, great walking.

Cons:

Staff was not at all helpful when we asked for ice.

Have stayed here several times over the years.
Can see that rooms have been upgraded.
Will stay again in the future.
