Amazing service
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friends for a short stay. The communication with the team was excellent from start to finish. The group was welcomed by name as soon as they walked through the door, and they were offered cold water (it was a heatwave) while luggage was taken and stored until thier room was ready. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel has A/C and is in an excellent location, near a metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants. It is in a pretty area near the river, right in the heart of Paris, where most attractions can be reached by walking. Thank you to Denis, Saran and the rest of the team for making this a great stay!

The central location is fantastic. Metro and RER close by. Loved the idea of a free glass of wine pre dinner.

Cons:

The room was small, barely enough room to open a suitcase. The view from the room overlooked a dingy rear central well but this is central Paris and it was quiet so both these things not an issue more a preference Unfortunately unable to use the kettle provided as the lead not long enough to reach the socket.

Pros:

The location is fantastic, the rooms are sufficient for what I needed.

Cons:

The major issue for myself was the incredibly small elevator - however we must make allowances due to where it is and use of space.

l'accoglienza e le persone che ci lavorano la posizione è centrale e hai tutto a portata di mano parcheggio x l'auto e metro se non la vuoi prendere ..... anche la camera mi ha colpito piacevolmente nelle dimensioni e nella pulizia

l'ascensore.....è davvero minuscolo ..... e noi avevamo solo gli zaini

Un piccolo hotel col massimo comfort, da ritornarci!
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, situato nel cuore della capitale francese, posizione fantastica sia perché si trova in una zona ricca di locali, ristoranti, brasserie, ma soprattutto ha una fermata della metropolitana che si collega con varie linee proprio di fronte e questo in una grande città non ha prezzo. La colazione non ha a disposizione una sala molto spaziosa, però il tutto è ben organizzato, prodotti di ottima qualità sia dolci che salati, ambiente molto confortevole e buon servizio. Anche la stanza è piccolina ma a Parigi centro ci sono palazzi antichi e lussuosi e purtroppo lo spazio scarseggia sempre. Mi è piaciuto molto un salottino delizioso attrezzato con macchina del caffè, qualche bevanda, acqua fresca, perfino qualche dolcetto il tutto a disposizione 24h su 24.

Diciamo che avrei preferito un ascensore più spazioso, ma non è un è una nota critica, si sa che la maggior parte degli hotel a Parigi presentano questi problemi, io do maggiore importanza alla location, a una buona colazione e al comfort

Lovely hotel, fabulous AC, smallest elevator I've ever seen
Pros:

We stayed at this lovely little hotel during the June 2026 summer Solstice heatwave. Our room was small, but well-appointed and quite adorable. The bathroom had a deep bathtub, and a big towel drying rack. The room came with a coffee maker and fridge.

But, and here's the best part: our room had the best hotel air conditioning we've ever encountered, and we come from US. The AC was completely quiet, and wonderfully cold and crisp. We'd spend hours walking around in the heat and then take refuge in our room for a little while to recuperate.

The front desk staff were helpful, kind, and good-humored.

This hotel also has the smallest, cutest elevator I've ever seen. It fits (and just barely) two medium sized adults who know each other extremely well. Worth booking it just for this alone. If you get in this elevator with a stranger, you'll know them a lot better when you get out at your floor.

Location: The hotel is located steps from the Seine and the metro station. If you are looking for a hotel on a quiet side street, this is not it. When we were there, the area was absolutely packed with people: tourists, locals, and the unhoused who live out on the street.
