he hotel costs €1286 for 3 days. Whether you think that price is acceptable or not is not the point. But if you are charging this kind of money, you are expected to provide at least the basic services you advertise.

The website clearly states that the room includes a coffee machine, but there was only a kettle in the room. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she insisted that the kettle was the coffee machine. The attitude during check-in was already unpleasant enough.

The next day, the elevator stopped working. Our room was on the 6th floor, so we had to walk all the way up, only to discover that the room key was no longer working. Since this is supposed to be a “luxury” hotel, I didn’t want to shout downstairs, so I searched for the hotel phone number online and called it — only to hear that the number was out of service. I then had to walk all the way back down to reactivate the key card.

When I explained all of this to the hotel manager, he simply said that it was “not his responsibility.” On top of that, the heating/cooling system in the room was not functioning properly, and the bathroom drain was also broken. When we asked to change rooms, we were told there were no rooms available.

The manager said, “This is not our fault.” Fair enough — the real mistake was choosing this hotel in the first place.

Please do not make the same mistake. Stay away from this hotel.

On the third day, the elevator still wasn't working!!!!!!!

Good, well located boutique hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this boutique hotel. It is extremely well located for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The room was spacious and very quiet despite the proximity of Boulevard Saint Germain. The team throughout the hotel were very helpful looking after our every need . We look forward to returning.
