Air conditioning, lift (small but super handy for luggage), kettle in the room, nice bathroom with backlit mirror and fancy shower head lighting, comfy bed, modern decor, fantastic location close to multiple metro lines, friendly reception staff, free water/coffee machine in lobby, WiFi. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in Paris.
A bit noisy from the metro during the day, but not bothersome at night. The room was very compact, but that's fairly standard in Paris hotels.

Мы путешествовали с супругой на нашу годовщину свадьбы. Нас встретил очень приветливый персонал. Старались сделать наше пребывание в этом отеле очень комфортным и приятным и у них это удалось. Благодарю сотрудников отеля за прекрасно проведенное время. Однозначно рекомендую всем.
On a lovely street. Wonderful staff. Great location with easy access to Paddington Station. Air conditioned. Nice size room for Europe.

La ubicación de verdad que es muy buena. El desayuno bastante apetecible y está lleno de detalles como agua y cafe cuando quieras.
Pero lo mejor es la calidad humana de las personas que atienden.
Se esfuerzan por ayudarte, por hacerte sentir cómodo y te tratan de manera personal en todo lo que necesites.
Especial mención a las chicas de recepción Andrea y a la sra del desayuno María Luisa.
Divine, es maravillosa con esa sonrisa y cariño te atiende en todo y se preocupa.

It was clean
The room was extremely small we struggle to accommodate the luggage, there was no room for it, we couldn't open the suitcases on the floor as there was not enough space, my husband and I could not stay in the same spot. It was very disappointing, even the elevator was small, to the point that we both couldn't feet with our respective luggage, we had to go up one at a time 😒

The location was great a 5 minute walk to the metro. The staff were very helpful, breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable & room was good.
The noise from the restaurants & bars below at night. And also when the metro went past you could feel a rumble from early in the morning to late at night.
Great location. Staff were friendly. Fresh towels every day.
