Pros:

Accueil agréable, chambre accueillante et plutôt bien équipée, literie très correcte, rue peu bruyante. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

des dosettes café supplémentaires ! Possibilité toutefois de prendre un nespresso à l'accueil (gracieux) mais il faut descendre !

I really enjoyed everything and will gladly come back
Pros:

Friendly staff! There is air conditioning! There is a kettle in the room! Quiet street! Everything is great!

Cons:

The walls were very thin; we could hear the neighbors in the evening, and from 7 a.m. someone was watching TV at high volume.

Très bon petit hôtel ! Calme et paisible.
Pros:

En lisant les commentaires négatifs, j'avais beaucoup d'appréhension mais quelle belle surprise ! L'accueil est vraiment chaleureux et sympathique, on dort au calme et la chambre était parfaite : clim bien maîtrisée et silencieuse, chambre propre, de taille correcte, avec plateau de courtoisie et articles de toilettes, et encore mieux, une planche à repasser et un fer dans l'armoire, avec du rangement. Le quartier calme mais proches des restos et brasseries. Rien à redire !

Cons:

Peut-être que des œufs auraient été bienvenus au petit-dej mais il était très bien cependant et le service également sympathique.

An excellent 'chic' Parisian option ..
Pros:

The hotel is classic Parisian architecture and design - a beautiful choice on a modest budget. The room was very clean and comfortable for our one night stay. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast - whilst simple - was more than sufficient ... and the location ideal for a short walk to Gare Montparnasse for onward travel.

Cons:

We slept very well ... but you can hear some (louder) noise from adjacent rooms - perhaps, this is to be expected in an older building.

Lit de 140 trop petit pour un couple et pour un hôtel 3 étoiles à 300 €.
Portes des chambres trop bruyantes à l'ouverture et fermeture.
Pdj correct mais sans plus. Pas du tout de salé et pas de beurre salé.
