Perfect in almost every way
Pros:

Sometimes a stay is just exceptional. While the hard product itself is of a very high quality - its the people who add a layer of service that elevates a pleasant stay into one that requires to be repeated.

The welcome, every moment of inquiry and most importantly the departure - all were handled brilliantly by Natasha and Luca - professional, courteous and warm.

To return is the greatest compliment a guest can bestow. To Natasha and Luca I say, until next time. To anyone reading, come try exceptional service, solid hard product and a location that is Paris par excellence! The breakfast buffet is quite varied - hot and cold - sets one up for the day.

Cons:

The rooms overlooking the street are very well designed and appointed, but not cavernous. If you have a lot of luggage, I’d think on upgrading from the standard room.

The property was clean and most of the staff amazing.

Cons:

We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling the first two nights and when moved on the third night it was to a much smaller room than what I had booked. At breakfast the food served buffet style in the patio which made it cold before you could eat it. Being diabetic I needed to eat a protein and was refused eggs when they were making them for other people.They need to move buffet indoors to make it more palatable during the winter months.

Die Lage des Hotels im Bezirk St. Germain des Près ist sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig. Es gibt täglich eine Wasserflasche sowie Kaffee kostenlos auf dem Zimmer. Es gibt kostenlose Pflegeprodukte im Bad.

Cons:

Es gab eine Baustelle vor dem Haus direkt unter dem Zimmer, die nicht angekündigt war. An zwei Tagen fanden Veranstaltungen im Frühstücksraum statt, sodass dieser von den Hotelgästen nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Ersatzräume im Wintergarten und an der Bar waren sehr kühl. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war tagesabhängig, mal sehr gut, mal durchschnittlich.

I’d definitely stay here again
Pros:

I was upgraded to a two level room with skylights, a large tub and toilet on the second floor and a sitting area, big shower and toilet on the first floor. Natasha was WONDERFUL. She recommended restaurants that made my Paris experience complete. She went above and beyond to help me in so many other ways. She’s a gem. Blocks from a metro station.

Cons:

Honestly, very little. The neighborhood was great. It felt local not touristy. I walked a lot and my only negative is my walk back home from attractions was about 5-10 longer than I would have preferred. Really an insignificant negative.

La chambre suite est très bien insonorisée et spacieuse, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal avec des restaurants et magasins tout proches ainsi que l'accès à beaucoup de station de métro. Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus qualitatif dans un espace plus agréable mais le personnel a été très compétent.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer für die Größe clever und gut ausgestattet, z.B. durch geräumige Schränke.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas klein, scheint üblich für Paris zu sein. Es ist alles etwas eng in Paris.
Der Duschvorhang machte das Duschen leider etwas unbequem. Das könnte man bestimmt anders lösen. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber qualitativ gut. Einzig das Rührei war unserer Ansicht nach absolut nicht genießbar und sollte dringend verbessert werden. Ein gutes Rührei ist wirklich nicht schwer herzustellen. Der Kaffee ist ebenfalls nicht sehr lecker gewesen.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
