the bathroom layout was lacking, no where to plug in a blow dryer and see in a mirror , front desk gentleman that checked us in wasn't very friendly- maybe this is a parisian thing.

После выезда из номера я обнаружил, что оставил личные вещи. Сразу обратился в отель с просьбой помочь найти их, однако столкнулся с полным безразличием со стороны персонала. Несмотря на многочисленные обращения, мои вещи так и не были найдены и возвращены.
Особенно неприятно, что сотрудники не проявили заинтересованности в решении проблемы и не предоставили никакой конкретной информации о результатах поиска. Для отеля такого уровня это абсолютно недопустимый уровень сервиса.
Если вы планируете остановиться здесь, рекомендую внимательно следить за своими вещами и не рассчитывать на помощь администрации в случае возникновения подобных ситуаций.
Мой опыт оказался крайне негативным, и лично я больше не буду выбирать этот отель.
Very nice location and close to bus stop and restaurants and cafes. 5-7 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Hotel is cute and modern. Front desk Staff is polite and friendly. It was my birthday so that gave me a handwritten birthday letter along with delicious pearl chocolates in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture! And not to forget about the complimentary snacks in the lobby.
Friendly and helpful staff (we got a room upgrade upon arrival). The room was excellent and very quiet. Loads of hangars available in the room. Clean towels every day, turn down service, a little gift upon arrival, and snacks available in the seating area from mid-afternoon. Excellent value for money and I would 100% stay here again in a moment. A 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 7 minutes from the metro and restaurants galore at your fingr tips.

Room was clean, shower was amazing (great water pressure), staff was very friendly, and great location to the Eiffel Tower. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay here again.
