Je voulais prolonger de deux jours, c’était tout un fiasco la veille intérieure, j’avais demandé de prolonger en plus, je suis pas arrivé le même jour que je devais arriver parce que AIR FRANCE avait annulé le vol et je les ai demandé de me prolonger deux nuits, ils ont refusé parce que ils avaient dit qu’il y avait des problèmes de place, mais quand même ils m’ont trouvé un autre hôtel

موظفة الاستقبال عند الدخول كنت دافع وكل شي وقالتلي لا مادفعت العمليه معلقه واوريها الايصال وكل شي ما اقتنعت بعدين قلت بكلم بوكينق وخافت وقلتلها نادي رئيسك بعد كذا قالت عند البطاقه الي دفعت فيها قلت اي ووريتها الجوال فالبطاقه قالت لا ابغى الاصل قلت ماعندي قالت اجل ادفع مره ثانيه قلت مستحيل ادفع انا دافع بعد ماشديت عليها قالت خلاص الي بالجوال يكفي وتراك دفعت هذا موقف كبير احس لو غيري بتشككه في نفسه وبيدفع مره ثانيه

Very disappointed with the service. It has been 4 days since check-out and my deposit has still not been returned. It’s a not a small amount plus I left the room exactly like I left it . This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I expected better.
