La amabilidad del personal fue lo mas destacado de nuestra estadía, hicieron un esfuerzo importante por comunicarse con nosotros considerando que no hablábamos francés, nos ayudaron en todo momento. Me encantó estar en un lugar sumamente limpio y con una buena ubicación, con metro a pocos metros, restaurantes, cafés, supermercados. Gracias especialmente a Dominique por su excelente disposición.

Great choice for a Paris trip
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast. Top location. Very helpful stuff at reception (thank you Julia for assigning us a room with a view over Eiffel tour). The concierge was also very nice and helpful. The spa downstairs was very relaxing after a walk under the rain.

Voltarei a reservar, sem dúvida.
Pros:

O hotel todo é lindo, muito charmoso, limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é excelente, bem variado e com horário estendido. Nosso quarto era muito confortável, limpeza impecável, camas muito confortáveis, chuveiro excelente. O hotel fica em uma localização muito privilegiada, bem próximo à Champs Ellysées. Há farmácias, mercados e bons restaurantes muito próximos. Por fim, só enfatizar que o atendimento chamou muito a atenção, foi excepcional. Todos os funcionários foram muito solícitos e gentis, em especial os Srs. Dominique e Phillipe. Todos, sem exceção, fizeram todo esforço possível para nos atender e agradar.
