Pros:

Très bon emplacement.
Jolie chambre spacieuse avec Balcon ; Parquet au sol ; lit confortable.
Belle salle de bain/wc avec douche à l'italienne

Cons:

Au départ, nous n'avions pas de machine a café et celle qui nous a été fournie ne fonctionnait pas.
Climatisation un peu "faiblarde" (heureusement que la canicule était terminée).

There are very nice and helpful receptionists. Cleaning ladies are also nice.

Cons:

Several strange things happened during our stay.

Day 1: We asked for two room key cards, but we only took one with us and left the other one in the room. When we came back, the card we had left in the room had disappeared.

Day 3, morning: A short guy opened our door just after we had finished breakfast outside and returned to the hotel to sleep. He claimed, in a very rude manner (leaving out a lot of details), that his job was to enter every guest room and check the minibar every day. The hotel manager later confirmed that this person was indeed an employee and they do enter guest rooms to check the minibar everyday.

Day 3, afternoon: After what happened that morning, we put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door before leaving the hotel. While we were out, our friend returned our jackets to the reception desk and told us that we could ask for them when we came back.

However, when we returned to the hotel that night, we found that someone had already placed the jackets on our bed. This was a nice gesture, but it feels really weird after what had happened that morning, and especially since the “Do Not Disturb” sign was still on our door.

Excellent value
Pros:

Location was great, hotel was basic but clean and had everything I needed.

Cons:

The fellow at the breakfast room was not very attentive and had to wait 10 minutes or so before he came out. But once you got his attention he was very polite and prompt.

Pros:

Понравился прекрасный внутренний дворик, где можно посидеть в тишине.
Очень приветливые сотрудники.

Cons:

Мне не понравился мой номер. Брал улучшенный, но судя по всему он отличился лишь по размеру. Сам номер (я жил в номере 15) был довольно уставшим.
Но точно в отеле есть более свежие номера и даже больше по размеру с нормальным видном на улицу, увидел такой, когда выезжал из отеля и в нем проходила уборка.

Angenehme Zimmergröße für 3 Personen, sehr schönes Badezimmer und ruhige Umgebung! Sehr gute Betten! Besonders die Rezeptionisten waren immer sehr, sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Evtl. der sehr kleine, enge Lift. Aber das ist in vielen älteren Gebäuden in Paris so. Hat uns nicht wirklich gestört.

Everything was great: the location (it's a two minutes-walk away from the Madeleine), the facilities (the room was cozy and clean) and the staff (we had issues with the mini-fridge in our room and they kept in their fridge the food we bought).

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was great.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and I really appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel’s location was also very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

Some of the furniture is quite old and could use an update. The bathroom could also be better equipped with toiletries, as only shampoo and shower gel were provided.
