Pros:

Besonders positiv ist die gute Lage zu nennen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entspricht nicht den Angaben bei Booking. (17 qm, es waren aber geschätzt nur 12 qm) Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls viel zu klein und das Frühstück eher Durchschnittlich. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Nachtportier sehr unfreundlich. Geht eigentlich überhaupt nicht!!! Ich hatte bereits zwei Wochen vorher einen Parkplatz reserviert, da dies bei Booking explizit genannt wird, jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten. Die Dame an der Rezeption sagte mir dann bei der Ankunft, dass sie nur zwei Parkplätze hätten und wir in ein öffentliches Parkhaus müssten. Ich habe dieses Hotel wegen der Parkmöglichkeit
überhaupt erst gebucht. Der Roomservice kam erst spät am Nachmittag. Der Preis stimmt im Verhältnis mit den Leistungen, die man bekommt, nicht überein.
