علما اني طلبت تغيير الغرفة وماقصروا الاستقبال ساعدوني في هالشي

تفاجأت ان الضريبة سحبت مني بعد الخروج طلبوا مبلغ 51 يورو قيمة ثلاثة ايام لشخصين ضريبة المدينة

Pros:

Habitación tipo suite familiar con microondas pero sin cocina. En nuestro caso teníamos un salón y un dormitorio. Desayuno correcto. Por lo que es Paris el hotel tiene decoración moderna.

Cons:

Aparcamiento pequeño nuestro coche no cabía y tuvimos que dejarlo en un parking en la calle de al lado.

شكرا لكل موظفي الفندق دون استثناء

الفندق ممتاز وموقعه استراتيجي جدًا؛ يقع في الشارع المقابل لمتجر لويس فويتون، وعلى بُعد حوالي 3 دقائق مشيًا من شارع الشانزليزيه، و7 دقائق تقريبًا من قوس النصر. كما أن الغرف مكيفة.

الموظفون، خصوصًا موظفي الاستقبال، متعاونون جدًا ولأبعد الحدود، وتشعر فعلًا بأنهم حريصون على خدمتك ومساعدتك في كل شيء. اللوبي جميل ومناسب جدًا بالنسبة لفندق 4 نجوم.

أما الفطور فهو متواضع وخفيف، لكنه مقبول، والأجمل أن موظفات قسم الإفطار مميزات جدًا ومتعاونات.

بشكل عام، الفندق ممتاز من ناحية الموقع، تعامل الموظفين، والنظافة، وأنصح به خصوصًا لمن يبحث عن فندق قريب من الشانزليزيه وقوس النصر.

The hotel is excellent, with a very strategic location. It is on the street directly opposite Louis Vuitton, just a 3-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées and about a 7-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms are also well air-conditioned.

The staff, especially the reception team, are extremely helpful and cooperative. They genuinely go out of their way to assist you with anything you need. The lobby is also very nice and impressive for a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast is modest and light, but acceptable. However, the breakfast staff are outstanding, very friendly, and extremely helpful.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location, helpful staff, and comfortable atmosphere.

Nice stay by the Champs-Elysees
Pros:

Everything was very nice. A bit pricey compared to what it’s offered but I guess in line with the standard in Paris

The breakfast room in the garden is very nice but also very small and it might not accommodate all the guests.
