Качество проживания не соответствует заявленной цене. размер комнаты гораздо меньше чем на фото . Сервис в ресторане слабый, а администратор отеля общается с гостями недостаточно тактично. Владельцу стоит обратить особое внимание на уровень обслуживания в ресторане и на ресепшене, а также на более уважительное и профессиональное отношение вашего админа к гостям города. вначале заселения мне хотелось развернуться и уйти
