Pros:

Everyone here was so friendly and I feel like it’s located in such a perfect part of the city that allows you to dine at local businesses while still being able to commute to all the tourist attractions. The complementary mini bar was also a plus!

Very nice hotel. Helpful staff and very friendly. Good location. Near lots of shops, metro. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening. Breakfast not included but available.

Bardzo miła obsługa, przekąski i napoje dostępne 24/7 także w innych hotelach tej sieci co było bardzo pomocne w czasie zwiedzania.

Good location and type and size of the room for the rate paid
Pros:

Overall it was a good value for money - for rate charged room and location were good. Simple check in with helpful staff.

Cons:

Only thing is that one tiny elevator is used for guest and HK team hence you can see them all the times in corridors with big equipment trying to go up and down .
