Very friendly staff, the refreshments were replenished every day which was very welcoming because it was a very hot period when we visited.

Staff is friendly and breakfast was plenty.

Very nice location with a lot of options to travel to other parts of the city. Walking distance to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur.

We also asked for a room on the street side which was respected and really added to the atmosphere of the city!

What can beat eating a baquette on a balcony jn france, right??

Staff muito atencioso, especialmente Benjamin, tentando atender às nossas demandas, sempre que possível. Algumas amenidades disponíveis no saguão, com consumo free.
A localização é excelente.

God frukost med fina råvaror och trevligt med complementary fika i lobbyn. Läget var bra med gångavstånd till operan och Sacre Cœr.

Great stay at Hotel Palm Astotel! Warm welcome even late at night, and the team is always lovely and helpful.
Perfect location in Paris, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a nice breakfast.
I also enjoyed the snacks available on arrival and the free soft minibar — such a nice touch.
This was my second stay and it’s always a pleasure — I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was very nice helping us with all the requested information. They have an open bar from 14:00 to 02:00 and you can go in any astotel hotel and use it if you need. Also they stored our luggage after the check out as we had the louvre museum that day.
The only bad thing and probably was my fault that I did not read that the rooms have carpet which is not so hygienic.
The room was small but had everything that is need it
We also received upon the arrival some complimentary macaroons and also the minibar was complimentary, refilled everyday.

The location is pretty good, and the rooms are clean. The open bar, available from 2:00 PM until 2:00 AM, offers small snacks and some selection of drinks.

Hotel pulito e camera spaziosa (per gli standard parigini). Letto comodo, posizione ottimale, vicinissima a diverse stazioni metro. Situata in zona abbastanza tranquilla ma con diversi locali e ottimi ristoranti a pochi minuti a piedi. Inoltre la catena astotel consente di usufruire di un openbar analcolico e di snack dolci e salati dalle 14 alle 2 di notte non soltanto presso l’hotel in cui si soggiorna ma anche in tutti gli altri hotel della catena.

Clean, fresh and silent (room back side)

Chambre assez grande, même si espace de travail (bureau) plutôt petit. Décoration très agréable. Propreté irréprochable. Literie au top. Personnel accueillant.

Firstly, we would recommend the hotel due to very friendly, helpful reception staff and the hospitality. Location was good for visiting Montmatre, walking around the city and proximity to metro and train stations if needed.
Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, air conditioning good, bathroom and hot water very good. The reception area with complimentary bar and afternoon tea was a real bonus. We enjoyed our coffee and cake after our long walks around the city. There is also a good choice of restaurants in the vicinity. We also felt very safe in the area and across Paris, taking sensible precautions with our belongings.
We visited Versailles Palace and would recommend you do this by taking the train to the town.

I booked this hotel at the last minute because a heatwave was forecast and I wanted to stay closer to the city center. One of the reasons I chose it was the excellent air conditioning mentioned in previous reviews, and it absolutely lived up to expectations. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions on the Right Bank, with easy access to the metro, buses, and train stations. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket nearby, while the street itself is quiet, green, and peaceful.

I was given a single room on the 6th floor with a terrace and a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a wonderful surprise. A box of macarons and a complimentary minibar were waiting for me upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. The room was small but comfortable, spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I also liked the complimentary afternoon snacks, pastries, fruit, drinks, and coffee available in the hotel. The lift, luggage storage service, and overall friendliness of the hotel made my stay very convenient. I would happily stay here again.

Ho molto apprezzato il gentile omaggio in camera, la decorazione degli ambienti comuni e della camera. La vista dalla mia camera al 6o piano, il bollitore in camera e la possibilita' di bere e mangiare qualcosa nella hall. Il comfort del letto.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and fully equipped, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options for everyone. Highly recommend!
