Air konditionen gick sönder så inget funkade på rummen. Men de erbjöd inga fläktar eller nått.

Purtroppo il sistema dell'aria condizionata in albergo non funzionava, qundi la notte è stata un tormento vero e proprio anche con la finestra aperta (con caldo torrido a Parigi questi giorni)

Hava olağan üstü sıcak ve 5 günlük konaklamamız boyunca klimalar bozuktu.
Bu sıcaklarda odanızda soğuk su içemezsiniz çünkü mini buzdolabı yok.
Buz istediğimizde de mutfaktaki personel dışında terslendik.
Resepsiyondaki görevliler güler yüzlüydü.

Troppo piccola, lavandino dentro la doccia

It was a heat wave and the aircon didn’t work. On exploring other reviews this seems to be the case over the last few years when others have stayed during very hot times. We were provided with a fan to move the hot air around but it was nowhere near on the level of aircon and as a result we slept terribly.
The room was beyond small, we saw it said small on reviews but honestly when we opened the door opens and it hit the bed we were shocked.
The bathroom had no ventilation or extractor. After being out all day coming back to a hot room that smells of damp towels is not what you want.

No Air Conditioner (while promised that there is one).

I honestly wish I had chosen a different hotel.

The biggest issue was that the air conditioning was not working during our entire stay, while Paris was experiencing temperatures above 30°C. We were traveling as a family of three with a small child, staying in a very small room, and it became almost unbearable. What was most disappointing is that nobody proactively informed us, apologized, or offered any solution. We only received a fan on the third night after specifically asking because we simply couldn’t take the heat anymore.

Another problem is the room layout. Most rooms seem to face the inner courtyard, meaning everyone can see directly into each other’s rooms. With no working AC, keeping the windows closed was impossible, so privacy was basically nonexistent.

The breakfast area is located in the basement (-1 level) with no windows, dark, totally unpleasant. It felt more like a cellar than a breakfast room. The only positive point was the gentleman managing breakfast, who was genuinely friendly and welcoming every morning.

The night staff, on the other hand, was quite unpleasant and not particularly helpful.

Paris is a magical city, but unfortunately this hotel took away from that experience rather than adding to it. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The room was extremely small, and the hair dryer didn’t work. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel has four stars. We were told our room was number 104, but it was actually 105, so we had to figure that out ourselves. The door leading to the room corridor was also closed, and once again, we were left to work it out on our own.

Chambre double réservée mais lit jumeaux à l’arrivée et du coup on nous a donné une chambre de 11m2 avec un lit double (seule restante ) aucun geste commercial

The AC is not working for the whole stay and I was really upset but the staff are really nice
