Heerlijk hotel op een perfecte locatie.

The location was good

Cons:

The air conditioning was broke. The property only told us of this the day they were taking payment (which meant if we cancelled, we wouldn’t of got a refund). But looking at reviews it appears this has been an ongoing issue for some time and they haven’t bothered to fix it. We paid €260 for a one night stay with unbearable temperatures, paris reached 37 degrees. We couldn’t wait to get up and leave the next morning.

Pros:

De bad kamer was in orde wel langs de kleine kant en alles was net. Ook zeep, producten oor de huid.
In de slaapkamer was er ook koffie beschikbaar alsook een fles water.
Het onthaal was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt er was veel fruit die goed was maar veel vliegjes.
De koffie machine diende wij zelf de koffie te maken.

这是几十年来最不愉快的住宿

这家酒店及其不向人推荐。
我今年要50岁了，去过很多国家和地区，住过各种酒店和民宿，第一次给一家酒店差评。
几个月前不小心点了不能取消的房型，几分钟后发现错误。旅店主人利用了我的疏忽：不能取消，最终我支付了大约1500欧元。但是像旅店主人这样缺乏同理心，非要抓住客人疏漏的得利的行为，是一个有道德底线的人不会做的。
虽然我没有入住，我也收到了酒店硬件设施出现问题的邮件通知。酒店的老板和硬件都是不宜选择的。

また利用すると思います
Pros:

場所がわかりづらく少し迷ったけどそれでも北駅から徒歩20分もかからなかった。部屋は狭かったけどベッドもバスルームも清潔で気持ち良く過ごすことが出来た。スタッフも親切でにこやかに対応してくれた。パリに行くならまた使いたいです。

Cons:

たまたま宿泊した日は涼しくて必要なかったけど、エアコンが故障中と連絡が来てかなり日数がたったのに最後まで修理は完了していなかった。扇風機を用意してくれていたけど、窓は１つしかなかったし暑い日にあたると大変そう。置いてあるお水がリフィルされたものだったので飲む勇気が無かった。近くに夜遅くまで空いているスーパーがないのでボトルを置いてもらうか自動販売機があると助かる

Es war abgesehen vom Frühstück ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt im New la Fayette

Die Lage war sehr toll. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Mitarbeiter Innen waren allesamt sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht so. Das schlimmste war aber der Kaffe. Der war wirklich schlecht. Es gibt aber eine Kaffebar etwas weiter unten. Der hat mir jeden Morgen den Tag versüßt.

A good experience overall
Pros:

Cozy room with nice decorations, good location, friendly reception staff

Cons:

Limited selection tea/biscuits, room quite small, the bathroom pipes would make a loud noise during the night. A week before our stay we were told that the AC wasn't working and that it would be repaired, but by the time of our stay the AC system still wasn't fixed. Luckily the weather was quite mild so AC wasn't really needed but I can imagine the room of that size getting hot quite quickly

Location was great close to metro and lovely area .

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay wasn’t ideal. We visited during one of the hottest weeks in Paris in May, and the air conditioning in our room was not working properly, which made it quite uncomfortable. We also had to change rooms during our stay because the door to our original room would not lock securely from the outside, which was concerning from a security perspective. While the staff were helpful in moving us to another room, the issues did impact our overall experience.
