Comfy stay in a good location
Pros:

Cozy, well located hotel just in between 2 metro stations, nearby Gare du nord and next to a lovely park. Vibrante and very walkable are with many nice restaurants. Nice hotel with typical small parisien rooms. Good breakfast and amazing staff, especially Ali at the desk. Comfy bed with great pillows.

Cons:

The room was a bit basic, and low ceilings, especially in the bathroom do not help with size issue. Bathroom needs small and cheap improvements, Toilet paper holder is weirdly positioned and actually bothers when using the toilet. The shower had various leaks on the hose, head and connections. The bathroom door looks very old and worn out. Although those are just details, also its an easy fix that would benefit a lot.

Un pequeño hotel en un lugar perfecto!
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a pocas cuadras de la estación de tren Gare du Nord que conecta con el aeropuerto CDG fácilmente, cerca de estaciones de metro para conectar con cualquier punto de la ciudad.

Cons:

La habitación no cuenta con frigobar. No me interesa el contenido, pero una pequeña heladera es ideal para dejar alguna bebida o comida rápida.

Een hele fijne ervaring voor ons eerste keer samen in Parijs.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie. Alles op loop/ fietsafstand en metro. De kamer was schoon, modern en comfortabel met een heerlijk bed. Ook de service van het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles was verzorgd en hygiënisch.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, alles was volledig naar wens tijdens ons verblijf.

Fully recommended for stays on Monday to Wednesdays!
Pros:

The location, the staff, the room, the bed ( comfortable and huge) and the breakfasts. The restaurant next door, Hugo’s, is excellent.

Cons:

Following three excellent nights’ sleep our last night was spoilt by revellers outside the hotel… it was 4am when it subsided! We were told this happens at the weekends ( … this was a Thursday) and relates to a nearby nightclub. I’m sorry to say the lack of sleep impacted on our journey home, and unfortunately means we are unlikely to return.

Very nice except for a few things

Everything is very good, the location is great.

Cons:

My second stay here, first of all, everything was very nice. But I have noticed that the room is dusty, you can understand this by looking at the lamps and also the shower is leaking water.
