Camera accogliente è molto pulita. Ogni giorno cambio asciugamani e letto in ordine.
The staff/receptionist was brilliant, there was always someone at the reception and the policy which they need you to leave your keys at the reception when leaving is really useful as we didn’t need to worry about losing them. The room was spacious, nice view, there was metro stations near, many restaurants, and in my opinion everything was in walkable distance, if you plan correctly. I don’t understand the negative reviews this place gets, there was nothing wrong in my experience. The room was cleaned everyday, sheet and towels changed, and the value for money was really good. Even the elevator had music inside which i absolutely loved😁. There was air-conditioning in the room and it worked perfectly fine. There was hot water and cold water in the bathroom/sink.

Location, air conditioner (we stayed there during heatwave in Paris), towels were changed and room was cleaned up every day, spacious room for two people, polite and helpful reception staff, private shuttle to airport for 38 Eur to CDG for two people (amazing!), can be requested at the reception. Also, there is an option to leave luggage before the check in (free of charge).
No points here. All was really good. I will definitely choose the same hotel next time (this was my third time in Paris) location is superb, good restaurants and breakfast places around, grocery shops, metro station is close.

Slightly unusual having to give the key everytime we left, and being able to just say room number to collect it with no proof. Concerned that anyone could break in

El lobby muy desordenado lleno de cajas, la habitación es muy chica y la cama para dos personas muy apretada. Las personas de recepción muy serios no tienen mucha hospitalidad.
