A great one night stopover.
Pros:

This was clean and comfortable. Great location for the station and visiting Paris. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay, Great Location and Air Conditioning Lush!
Pros:

A fantastic stay at the Timhotel Gare De L'est. Great location, just 10 minute easy walk from the Eurostar Terminal, Gare Du Nord. Easy to get around using the Gare De L'est metro. Hotel was spotless and rooms decorated to a high standard, super comfy bed. The best bit was the air conditioning, when it was 35 degrees outside it was bliss walking it a cold room. Staff friendly. We didn't have breakfast, as preferred to do a Formula Breakfast in one if the Bistros for 8 Euros. We ate in some of the Bistros/Brasseries near the hotel, great value for money and quality food, as opposed to the tourist traps. Also felt safe in the neighborhood and we stayed when Paris Staint Germaine vs Arsenal match was on. Would 100% stay here again.

Ruhige & zentrale Lage
Pros:

Top Lage in der Nähe von zwei großen Bahnhöfen ( Gare d‘lest, Gare du Nord) inkl. ÖPNV. Das Hotel ist trotz der Bahnhof-Nähe sehr ruhig, vielleicht auch dank des gegenüberliegenden Parks.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider nicht richtig, weder im Zimmer noch im Frühstücksraum. Es wurde kaum gekühlt, nur die Ventilatoren arbeiteten auf Hochtouren mit dem entsprechenden Geräuschpegel.

A 3min de la gare de l'est
Pros:

Chambre à l'arrière d'une cour d'école donc pas de bruit.
Petit déjeuner correct.
Le personnel était très sympa et souriant (du personnel de ménage au personnel de la réception)
Hôtel top car à 3min à pied de la gare de l'est !! A retenir

Ich war nun das fünfte Mal in Paris und dieses Hotel werde ich nicht nochmal bereisen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, weil wir mehr in Paris sehen/ausprobieren wollten. Das Personal war zu jedem Zeitpunkt nett. Wir kamen an, unsere Zimmer waren noch nicht fertig aber wir konnten sowohl am Abreise als auch Anreise Tag unsere Koffer vor Ort lassen bis wir einchecken/auschecken wollten.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht wie auf dem Foto, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein was für uns noch oke war aber das Badezimmer überhaupt nicht. Da passt maximal eine Person rein und die sollte auch nicht zu viel auf den Rippen haben, um die Toilette gut benutzen zu können. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bestellt und eins bekommen in dem die Betten einzeln aber zusammen geschoben waren (nicht wie auf dem Foto). Als Zahnputzbecher waren Pappbecher hingestellt, für zwei Personen drei Handtücher, ein komischer Schacht an der Decke (siehe Foto) von dem man Albträume bekommt, so könnte ich ewig weitermachen… Das einzig tolle war wirklich die Lage.

Искал отель рядом с вокзалом, но в тоже время в пешей доступности до основных достопримечательностей. Отель подошел идеально: вокзал за углом , а до Лувра дошел за 30 минут в спокойном темпе.
