A very comfortable stay in a convenient location for travel by Eurostar and Metro.
Pros:

Location, just a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord. Room was compact but well-equipped and the bathroom was generously proportioned and well-supplied with toiletries, shower cap and tissues.

Nightmare!

The location was great. coffee machine avaliable for all day.

Cons:

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
The biggest issue was that the hotel misrepresented the room we paid for. We booked a Suite, which was clearly advertised with a separate bedroom and living room. The photos on both Booking.com and the hotel's own website showed exactly that. Instead, we were given nothing more than a standard room with an extra bed. Calling this room a "suite" is simply misleading.
We raised the issue immediately after check-in and asked to be moved to the room we had actually booked. Every staff member told us they had no authority to make any decisions and that we had to wait for the hotel manager. We then spent two days waiting for the manager to arrive.
When she finally came, she admitted that the hotel had changed the room layout, yet insisted that we were in the correct room. We compared our room with the photos on Booking.com and the hotel's own website—they were clearly different. Instead of taking responsibility, she refused to move us, refused to offer any compensation, and acted as if misleading guests was completely acceptable.
We were traveling with our baby, which is exactly why we paid extra for a suite. Instead, the three of us were forced to spend our entire stay in a cramped standard room. We paid for something we simply did not receive.
The management of this hotel is completely ineffective. The staff were polite, but they had absolutely no authority to solve even the smallest problem. Every issue had to wait for the manager, and when she finally appeared, she resolved nothing. A hotel cannot operate properly when no one is empowered to help guests.
The problems did not end there. Every shower flooded the bathroom because water leaked all over the floor, forcing us to clean it ourselves with towels. Housekeeping was also unacceptable.

Pros:

Location is very convenient, easy to access using public transportation. Although it’s a busy area the street is quiet. Small room but comfortable. Aircon works well.

Cons:

Offering room cleaning only every third day because of ecological concerns but still using mini products with plastic packaging as amenities is a bit of a contradiction. Room cleaning doesn’t mean you have to change towels and sheets. But staying at a hotel with this price tag I don’t wanna go to the front desk daily to ask for toilet paper.
Room description stated there’s a flat iron. There wasn’t so I requested one at the front desk. Got the iron only, no ironing board and there’s no table in the room. Idk how I was supposed to actually use it. No fridge in the room. Very few storage options.
