An outstanding stay that exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. The staff provided exceptional, personalized service that made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!
Amazing friendly staff, very polite and helpful. It’s in a great location!
The breakfast could be much better with more hot options.
Good location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Nothing
I booked this hotel at a premium price specifically because it advertised air conditioning. During a Paris heat wave, that is not a luxury. It is a necessity.
Instead, I spent hours in a room that reached 33°C. After multiple complaints, I was moved to another room while they supposedly repaired the AC. They didn’t.
I returned to find I had been downgraded from a two-bedroom, two-bath suite to a room with two twin beds shoved together. The new room also had no functioning air conditioning.
The hotel’s final answer? There was nothing they could do.
Let that sink in. During a week when Paris is approaching 40°C, a luxury hotel charging luxury prices could not provide air conditioning in any room they put me in.
Their solution was to hand me a space heater and tell me to use the fan setting to stay cool.
Mechanical failures happen. What is inexcusable is continuing to sell rooms as air conditioned, downgrading guests, failing to fix the issue, and then acting as though sleeping in a sweltering room is somehow acceptable.
This was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If air conditioning matters to you at all, do not stay here. There are countless hotels in Paris that will actually provide the amenities they advertise.
The location was amazing! The staff were super friendly and the room was very nice, clean and a good size!
Nothing!
Great breakfast and staff.
The fitness area is pathetic. A few token free weights and an un-useable gym station in a tiny room directly adjacent to the massage area, so you can both view each other.
The staff was amazing and the room was always clean
את השירות!
I’m glad I booked this gem. Perfect location, genuine and kind staff and management. Always ready to help, accommodate and make your stay better. Very well appointed rooms and hotel over all.
As a frequent traveler to Paris, I’m glad I found this place, will definitely be coming back. As a solo traveler, I’m even more happy to recommend such a safe space.
The hotel is conveniently located next to La République with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We slept peacefully, and the room was soundproof. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. They offered our baby a teddy bear as a memento. The street around is quiet. The AC is strong and really cools the air.
The suite could use some maintenance. We experienced many issues, like a broken toilet seat (which was fixed right away), a leaking faucet (which wasn't fixed at all despite having flagged the issue twice) and a shower door that wasn't closing properly (also an issue that wasn't fixed). The room is extremely tiny, with a weird design featuring a walk-in shower inside the bedroom with no curtains (so our baby couldn't sleep if we were showering), so we always had to plan our showers, something that wasn't very convenient with the heatwave that hit Paris while we were there. Having traveled with 2 checked-in bags and a carry on, the bags took up the room space once open on the floor. Unfortunately, a bag rack wasn't supplied either. The closet is super tiny. The toiletries are not refilled daily - only upon request, and housekeeping wasn't available 24/7.
Everything was very good.
The room, the breakfast, the service from the staff, basically, really very good!
From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff went out of their way to delight us. My daughter’s favorite candy packaged in a personalized bag, engaging with us by name every time we were in the lobby, reconfiguring our rooms to accommodate us, the list goes on and on. The hotel’s vibe was fun, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable.
Güleryüzlü karşılama ve lobi hizmeti. Konumu oldukça merkezi, metro istasyonlarına kısa yürüme mesafesi. Oda biraz küçük olmasına rağmen temiz ve konforlu idi.
Oda temizliği sonrasında kişisel eşyalarımızın birkaçını dağıtılmış ve güneş gözlüğümü hasarlı bulduk
