The staff was awful to me. I told them right away that I could not breathe in that musty hot room. they clean the room was 16°, which was crazy because my last hotel was at 24 Celsius and I was fine and 16° is 60 Fahrenheit which means it would’ve been freezing in the room. They wouldn’t even come laughed at me and said good luck. When I said I couldn’t breathe. There was black mildew in the grout of the bathroom. It was old and run down the room. I prepaid and still had to walk away and Booking.com did nothing for me I called at 10:30 that night and still the guy wouldn’t even come up and check the room or offer to move this. It’s only when I walked out onto the street and was talking to the Booking.com lady that the lady finally said oh well, we could move your room and I’m like I would never even go back in that hotel now after you laughed at me when I couldn’t breathe I can’t emphasize enough how little Booking.com did for me or how much this hotel is awful

Molt ben situat, a prop de la Gare de Lyon i del metro Bastille. Pots arribar fàcilment a peu a le Marais, a l' île Saint Louis, al Port de l'Arsenal... El personal és molt amable. L'hotel és petit però acollidor. L'habitació és petita i el bany també, però no va ser cap problema. L'esmorzar a nosaltres ens va estar bé, però sí que s'ha de dir que té poca varietat de cada cosa i que no hi ha plats calents, cosa que a nosaltres no ens afecta però a d'altres clients sí.

Very well located between Bastille and Gare de Lyon. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t do its photos justice. The rooms are more dingy and dated than they look in the pictures. Paper coffee cups and no milk provided. Paris hotel prices can vary wildly and at time of booking, all of these kinds of hotels were around €300 per night, which is offensively bad value. If you can get this hotel for €150 or less, it will be absolutely fine, but do not pay any more.
