Pros:

Новый, чистый отель с отличным расположением - Эйфелева башня реально за углом. Отзывчивый персонал, хорошие завтраки, хоть выбор и небольшой, но все самое необходимое есть 😊

Cons:

Из минусов - сам отель небольшой, поэтому местами тесновато, особенно лифт 😊 Но в этом есть свой парижский шарм и уют, что даже добавляет атмосферы и аутентичности.

The view of the Eiffel Tower. It was clean.

Cons:

The location wasn’t the nicest. The pillows were quite hard. The room was small. Some of the staff weren’t as friendly as others. The lift was extremely slow .

It was beautiful stay and we could reach almost any spot in Paris within 30'.

Hotel Gustave has it all - friendly staff, great location & comfortable beds.
Pros:

The property was close to the Metro, walking and viewing distance of the Eiffel Tower & the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There was a slight odor coming from the bathroom our last day. It had to be a plumbing issue.
Also, we dropped off our bags the first day there to go sightseeing because we arrived before the room was ready. I thought our bags would be in a secure location but they were in the hallway. Didn’t appreciate that.

Nice small clean hotel with friendly staff and in a great location close to Metro.
Pros:

Hotel room had a nice boutique feel to it. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room was a bit too small for a couple with a 7 year old child.
