Pros:

The property was conveniently located near train stations. Eiffel Tower was close by. Close to good French restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful.

Very nice hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was quite small but had everything we needed. We arrived a little early and the staff kept our bags whilst we went for a late lunch. We were given suggestions on places to eat. This made it so much easier for us.

Our room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. We could take some great pics as the lights came on.
The bed was comfortable and the amenities were very good.

Cons:

The lift was quite small so everyone checking out made it take a while. But not a big deal for us.

Beds were very comfortable ...staff were helpful hotel was clean and showers were good also

Cons:

Room wasn't ready at 3 pm had a 4 am start so we needed to rest just left bags and went back out ..breakfast was not for us the eggs were cold the bacon was not cooked and the sausages you could bounce off the floor there was not even a banana in sight just a small bowl of mixed fruit coffee was good and juice but the hot food definitely needs to be improved on....the last morning the bacon was crisp new porter obviously knows how to cook college lad and very mannerly also

OK, but soured by the refund not yet being received.

I did not get my prebooking fee back yet. I have complained and not received anything concrete in return (ie: the money)

Pros:

Un lugar espectacular !!
Cómodo, limpio , en orden todo , buen ambiente. No es tan lejos caminado desde la torre eiffel hasta el hotel.
Lo más especial fue el detalle tan hermoso que me tenían en la habitación por mi cumpleaños. Demasiado especiales y eso muestra la calidad de personas que trabajan allí. Gracias!!
