Staff great, very helpful. Easy check in. Room small but comfortable. Great location
It was all good
It was clean and closely located to the eiffel tower. Here's the reason for the negative review! THE FRONT DESK STOLE MY TEXAS DRIVERS LISCENSE!. We had been traveling all day, we were tired, and they asked me for my ID and scanned it in their computer, he handed me back my room key and not my ID. This happened the same evening to another guest but they taped his to the counter after I confronted them about my ID. The staff played dumb the entire time, I questioned multiple staff members at the desk about my ID. They never offered any recourse, discount, or compensation for losing/stealing my ID. Also the tv is so old you. Ant cast your phone to it. Meaning you can only watch French television. Who the hell watches French TV when they can't speak the language. All usb plugs in the room dont work. There's an extra bit of space that is completely useless. Wouldn't waste my time here again.

Clean, practical, location is great!
Muy buen hotel, cómodo, ubicado maravillosamente, accesible, muy buen desayuno y trato. Está en una calle que, pese a estar cerca de avenidas principales, conserva el silencio. El internet es perfecto.
Good location to close eiffel tower.
The hotel room isn't well soundproofed, and I can hear sounds coming from the room next door.
The location was a short walk away from the Eiffel Tower, multiple restaurant options, and the metro line that took us to all of the main attractions. The hotel room had a nice sized shower, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice to be provided with extra pillows (not always an option in Europe!).
There was nothing we disliked, our stay was short enough that the hotel served its purpose for us to sleep between busy days. The only thing we would have preferred was a better coffee option within the hotel room. There is only a kettle and a few instant coffee packs. It got the job done, but didn't dissolve well and a small coffee maker would have been preferred. Potentially if you have breakfast as an add on to your stay then you can get better coffee from the hotel within the lobby/kitchen area and this won't be an issue.
Small room but clean.
So I only saw the google reviews when I was on my way to the hotel. Lots of bad reviews about staff behavior but I did not judge as the guy who checked me in was very nice and professional.
The night however was a different story. My colleague and I got back late from a work event and the hotel door was locked with no one in sight. A couple also arrived at the same time and we tried calling and knocking but no reply. Finally a guy Karim arrived, opened the door and walked away. No comment and no apology. Did not even look at us. When we asked him if there was a bell or buzzer he said yes and took us outside only to see there wasn’t one. He said he had gone up to his room. He looked a bit off and volatile. He also started getting very aggressive…raising his voice. Then he started askin for our room numbers…which I refused to give him. We went to our rooms and I felt very unsettled for the rest of the night.
The reason I give this hotel a 2 (honestly wanted to give it a 1) is not for the facilities…It was clean, basic and functional, But because they continue to retain staff that makes guests feel unsafe. This is not acceptable in the hospitality industry.
By no means is this a cultural misunderstanding. The person was rude, inappropriate and disrespectful to guests…and he works there at night.
Pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità, posizione
Convenient location as had easy access to the Eiffel Tower ..etc. and train station. Some of the gents at the reception (especially the gent who was there when we checked-in on Sat. 16th May as was very friendly and helpful).
A large room, with great curtains and air conditioning (much needed with the 33 degree heat!). Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modest.
The lift was a bit scary. It was very slow and would suddenly jolt, twice, on each ride up or down. It would also shake on the way down. My husband felt uncomfortable using it so used the stairs for the entire duration of our stay (which isn’t a big deal for us).
