Conforto, localização, café da manhã.

Cons:

Serviço de quarto é terceirizado e muito ruim.
O ar condicionado é central e não permite regularem no quarto.
O hotel só possui 1 elevador. Ele ficou 3 dias com defeito e tivemos que subir e descer pela escada

Výborná poloha, veľmi dobrý hotel.
Pros:

Hotel má perfektnú lokalitu, blízko metra, centra, Víťazného oblúka za 5 min., Eifellovka za cca 15 min chôdze. Okolo sú výborné reštaurácie. Personál veľmi príjemný a ochotný, raňajky chutné. Jediné, na čo by sme trošku upozornili - tým, že hotel je v centre, je tam vyšší hluk, takže je fajn mať štuple do uší na noc.

L'accueil. L'emplacement

Cons:

L'ascenseur qui tombe en panne et se voir monter et descendre 6 étages, il devrait y avoir un service dépannage d'urgence même de nuit ( panne soir 17h, reparateur le lendemain vers 8h30)

The staff were extremely courteous and respectful.
Pros:

This hotel was comfortable, elegant, and very welcoming. The service was excellent, and the staff treated us with great professionalism and kindness. If I return to Paris in the future, I would definitely stay here again.
