Bij aankomst bleken zij geen reservering en waren heel negatief over booking.com.
Kregen een andere kamer dan gereserveerd en wilde overal extra geld voor hebben zoals borgsom voor de kamer. Stond negers aangegeven.
Badkamers waren erg vies

The hotel’s location, the spacious and spotless rooms, and every other aspect of our stay were excellent. But the best part was the staff. They were incredibly kind, always willing to help, and made us feel truly welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr schöner Lage

Cons:

Am Tag unserer Abreise, hat das Personal die Mini-Bar kontrolliert und gemeint, dass wir 2 Getränke daraus entnommen hätten. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir daraus nichts entnommen haben, was auch der Wahrheit entspricht. Daraufhin wurde die Person an der Rezeption immer unfreundlicher. Am Ende haben wir 9 Euro für Getränke bezahlt, die wir nie konsumiert haben.
