Camas muito confortáveis e banheiro muito bom. Quarto com bom espaço. Localização excelente. Fonte de água no hotel.
O chuveiro era fraco e meio baixo. O ar condicionado também deu um problema e o quarto ficou muito quente. Paris estava quente. Então, a última noite foi desconfortável.

We booked this hotel to be near the main attractions and it did not disappoint. Before arriving, I was in touch with them to plan a surprise for my sister’s birthday and they took care of it - my sister was surprised and loved it all. It was the perfect beginning to a long weekend. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We were checked in by two ladies who were so sweet and funny, and then met Antony, who was the person I had been communicating with beforehand for the surprise. He had printed out a list of restaurant recommendations for us. The room was so lovely and had enough room - we did the deluxe and definitely had room for both our luggages and loved the deep tub. And the view from the window of the Arc de Triomphe made it even more special. Loved that they had a coffee machine, which prepared good coffee (these kinds of machines are everywhere in Paris) so having reliable coffee at any time was a great treat. They also had treats and snacks out throughout the day. There is a buffet breakfast, which we opted not to do, especially with great breakfast options literally steps away! It’s so close to everything yet not tourist central - it def was a local neighborhood and had that feel. And the hotel itself was unassuming from the outside and blends right into the neighborhood. We were so happy to find this gem and wouldn’t think twice to stay here again in the future. They really made our visit great!

Horrendous, horrible, awful and completely disrespectful night manager. I paid for my fiancée’s room and she stayed for 2 nights. On the first night she came back late from an event and arrived at the property at 3am. The door was locked. I’ve never seen a property lock the door but ok perhaps the night manager was afraid. She stood alone in the freezing cold for 3-4 mins ringing the door bell and no one answered. It was a sliding door not a push door and there was a sizeable gap so she pushed it a little bit and it gave some way, she was able to slide her self inside the gap and walk into the hotel. Still there was no one in the lobby. She walked to the lifts only to be scared and shocked by loud and aggressive shouting from the night manager saying and I quote “stay there and don’t move I will call the police! You broke the door and entered without notice!”. The man is deranged and disrespectful and deserves to be in an insane asylum NOT managing a hotel property in supposedly one of the tourism capitals of the world! She being a 24 yr old young model by herself was so shocked and so cared she ran to the elevator and straight to her room! How do I know all of this? I was on the phone with her the whole time and the entire event was filmed by the CCTV cameras!
Instead of apologizing or letting things be, he consistently called her room harrassing her until 5am! I told her to call the police but she just wanted the day to come so can get out of that hotel. She locked the room door and couldn’t sleep from fear! He then sent a fake person impersonating a police officer! We checked the next day with the official tourism office and some police officers and said they have no right to do that and for sure he was lying and sending some poor intern or concierge worker! This man is disgusting and does not deserve to be working in a hotel. And what he did scaring a poor innocent girl alone is nothing but criminal!

Small rooms but it was ok for the night we stayed.
I have been 3 times already. Really like it. Very good value for money in Paris. 5 mn walk from L etoile. Super convenient.
La posizione era ottima, veramente a 2 passi dall’arco di trionfo, zona tranquilla, piena di locali e ristoranti. Hotel molto pulito, la camera un po’ piccola, con vista sull’arco. Buona colazione, con una discreta varietà di prodotti

Moments away from the Arc De Triompe, with a lovely walking distance from the Trocedero. Me and my friends had the most amazing weekend stay. Staff were very accommodating and would definitely stay here again!

Room temperature appeared to be centrally controlled -- a little frustrating. And bathroom was always a bit chilly.
Jaukus viešbutis šalia Triumfo arkos. Geras susisiekimas su Šarlio de Golio oro uostu. Greitai su metro (arti stotelė) galima pasiekti visus pagrindinius Paryžiaus muziejus. Skanūs ir gan sotūs pusryčiai. Švarūs kambariai, paslaugus ir malonus personalas. Galima nemokamai palikti saugoti bagažą jau išsiregistravus iš viešbučio. Foje yra nemokama kava ir arbata:).
