Excellent stay! The location was perfect, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, atmosphere was great and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Charming boutique, great amenities and location and superb staff!
Pros:

Fabulous experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful - Tamanna was very friendly and really helpful in finding local spots and giving us any amenities to make our stay comfortable and Darren was lovely and friendly as well. They even heated up our food and gave us plates to eat takeaway! The hotel is a charming boutique. Free water and free coffee was a lovely touch and they also offered a bunch of other conveniences like free board games to play and free printing. The rooms are charming, comfortable and clean with good amenities like coffee and snacks. The location is excellent - right by Arc de Triomph and Champs Eylsees. We were worried some reviews said the AC was spotty during the heatwave but it worked great and kept the room cool.

Cons:

The rooms are a little bit small as is typical for Paris - but still enough space to not feel like a shoebox. It’s also pricey but again that’s a given for the location and quality.
