je n’ai pas aimé avec la personne qui nous de haut et qui se permet de mal parler pour des simples questions, on s’est senti de trop, ce n’était vraiment pas agréable

La stanza era pulita e in una buona posizione.
La stanza è veramente troppo piccola. Noi eravamo 2 colleghe lì per un congresso e per noi è stato difficile organizzarci non essendoci un vero armadio o dei cassetti.
La colazione è buona ma molto ristretta con scelta ridotta, non vale 25euro a persona.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo gentilmente chiesto 2 chiavi per la camera(come di prassi si fa in qualsiasi albergo) il membro dello staff si è rifiutato dicendo che ne potevamo almassimo avere una. Fortunatamente il giorno dopo il receptionist è stato più cortese e ci ha fornito una seconda chiave.
Sede centrale, camera luminosa e accogliente, letto di durezza perfetta per me, aria condizionata perfetta in giorni caldissimi, doccia con acqua calda sempre disponibile e immediata. C era la possibilità di usufruire della spa, mi spiace non avere avuto tempo
Bagno molto piccolo, se una persona ha difficoltà a muoversi può risultare scomodo
Un personnel accueillant et bienveillant. L’hôtel est propre, très bien climatisé et au calme. Mention spécial pour la literie: choix entre plusieurs oreillers. Un séjour très agréablement.
The location was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful but everything else was average at best. There are plenty of cafes and eateries nearby that are only a short walk. They do allow you to leave luggage if you are checking out and want to take in some sights of Paris before you depart home or your next destination. As I said the staff were very helpful with all those things... But if you're looking for an early checkin this is not the place for you so plan accordingly as it will be unlikely the room is ready before 2pm especially during peak season
The room was small the shower was small the lift was small said fits 4 people struggled to fit 2 especially if you had luggage. No fridge in the room. There are hardly any onsite services beyond breakfast in the morning. It was an overpriced bed and breakfast. But if you are use to the big hotels with facilities like lobby bar a place for coffee or a quick bite because you dont have the time to go beyond the hotel then this is not the place for you.. The other bug issue and its not this hotel its most EU hotels and maybe Las Vegas in the USA the fee on booking is not all you are going to pay... That hit you with some local tax which adds up if you are there more than a day and if you have more than one room. So if you are on a budget and not looking for hidden costs then make sure you don your homework because the price on booking is not the price you are paying

Τέλεια τοποθεσία! Δίπλα σε κεντρικό σταθμό μετρό, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την Αψίδα του Θριάμβου και την φημισμένη Champs Elysees.
Καλή καθαριότητα. Αλλαγές σεντονιών και πετσετών ανά μια ημέρα.
Κομψή διακόσμηση. Εχει γίνει μια όμορφη ανακαίνιση που αποπνέει κλασική Παριζιάνικη ατμόσφαιρα.
Άνετο κρεβάτι.
Πολύ φτωχό πρωινό (για την ποιότητα και τιμή του ξενοδοχείου) με μέτριας ή κακής ποιότητας προϊόντα και επαναλαμβανόταν κάθε μέρα.
Κακή ηχομόνωση ανάμεσα στα δωμάτια.
