Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Simple mais soigné
Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal und ich hatte ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, das für Paris recht geräumig war
Noch nicht alles ist fertig renoviert, teilweise empfand ich die Umgebung nachts als Frau alleine als nicht angenehm
Belle chambre et grande douche. Salon convivial au rdc. Personnel très agréable.
Le petit-déjeuner inclus n'en vaut pas la peine.

Bathroom was lovely - recently renovated.
City tax was not included in the price. Aircon was controlled by front desk and often stopped during the night. Also could not change the temp or any settings in the room, so at midnight we had to go downstairs to ask the reception to change the temp from 30 degrees to 23. We would have been happy to have the windows open, but the street below was too noisy.
Breakfast was minimal - Orange juice, Coffee/tea & plain croissant.
The 4th &n 5th floors were undergoing renovation, so noisy during the day, and stairs, lift were covered up

Un hôtel absolument petit et charmant. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, attentionné et très professionnel. Les chambres sont ravissantes, impeccablement propres et très confortables. La salle de bain est parfaite, moderne et parfaitement entretenue.
L’établissement a été récemment rénové avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui le rend particulièrement agréable. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Paris et très pratique pour découvrir la ville.
Je recommande sans hésitation et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Proprietari veramente molto gentili e disponibili, camera e bagno rinnovati. Cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Struttura molto pulita. Colazione con cornetto , caffé, té o cioccolato e succo di arancia a disposizione molto apprezzata per iniziare la giornata senza uscire appena svegli. Posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi (20 min) notre dame e il louvre. Metro a due passi. A noi é proprio piaciuto

Everything was excellent from the Staff, Room, Location and the Continental Breakfast. The Hotel Lucien is a boutique Hotel in a quiet neighborhood, that is walkable to many restaurants and not too far to walk to visit multiple Paris attractions. We loved our stay and will hopefully return soon. The staff was very helpful with walking directions, maps, and booking a wonderful taxi service back to the airport. They also made up our room everyday, which was a delightful surprise.

Tiny elevator, which only fit one person and one small suitcase. Room smelt of mold and water was leaking in from the shower under the bedroom wall - we had to soak up the water with towels, and sleep with all the windows open because it was so hot (the fan did very little). The wall between the bedroom and shower was damaged and moldy. When we asked for a solution at reception downstairs, we were told there was nothing they could do as they were full, and the receptionist got visibly annoyed with us. Construction works in the building during the day, and also the door to the bathroom was off its hinges and had to be lifted off the floor every time we wanted to use the bathroom. Maybe the other rooms are better, just don’t get the top floor room.

Accueil très sympathique et emplacement idéal. La chambre avec lit simple était petite mais parfaitement confortable et bien adaptée pour un court séjour. Le seul petit bémol concerne le Wi-Fi, qui fonctionnait parfois difficilement. Malgré cela, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour et je recommande cet établissement !
