Overall very poor value for the money.
Pros:

Location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit tired, carpet and wall coverings worn. Bathroom very small.
Lift extremely small and difficult spiral staircase. Breakfast was poor. Taxis provided by the hotel were extortionate between 2-3 times if hired on the street.

Great location, what we needed for a 2 day stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect to experience day to day Paris life. There are plenty of restaurants around the area that makes it perfect location.

Cons:

The elevator is too small. There was no shower head, only a tub and a hand held shower. It seemed to be the attic of a house turned to a hotel room.

No pude completar mi estadía y me tuve que ir. Nuestro equipaje no entraba en la habitación de lo pequeña que era. Cama chica e incómoda. Entiendo que en Paris los espacios son chicos pero desde el ascensor, el pasillo y la habitación es demasiado Pedí por favor si me podían pasar a otra habitación más grande pagando un monto extra o que me hagan una devolución parcial y la respuesta del hotel fue cero disposición a ayudarme.
