The staff was great, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no information that the hotel is undergoing a large renovation. Room was a bit dusty with a loose electrical outlet. Shower was.leaking. Room was dark even with the lights on.⁹

Hotel confortable et bien situé, mais malheureusement mal géré.
Pros:

le confort de chambre

Cons:

Aucune serviette à mon arrivée dans la chambre.
Je suis arrivée épuisée à 6 heures du matin, à cause des incendies à Fontainebleau qui ont retardé mon train.
A 8 heure réveil brutal , on toque à ma porte "votre taxi est là". Le personnel s'était trompé de chambre.
A mon étage des travaux sont en cours Platisque par terre, et porte sur les travaux grande ouverte.

Bien situé frais malgré la canicule mais ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles

L’air conditionné fonctionnait bien et la personne a l’accueil était aimable

Cons:

Les rideaux étaient déchirés, le sol était troué à un endroit et l’abattant des toilettes et la planche étaient détaches.

Great location
Pros:

Fantastic location 50 m from the Metro and a three minute walk to hundreds of restaurants.
Hugo, The receptionist spoke excellent English was very helpful and attentive. Bed was great and excellent value compared to what I have paid for inferior properties in Paris.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work on first day but fixed after that

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Muy próximo al metro. La atención es muy cordial.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en refacciones y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, justo las semanas de mayor ola de calor en París. Lo desagradable fue enterarme en el momento de check in y que no lo hubieran informado con antelación para decidir buscas otras alternativas. Ni siquiera se consideró esto para alguna gentileza o reducción del costo.

Pros:

Personnel obligeant et bâtiment pas trop bryuant

Cons:

La clim était en panne en pleine canicule. Heureusement que j'ai pu recevoir une rembourse partielle dont je suis reconnaissant. Erreur de système à l'arrivée, j'ai été donné une clé pour une chamble déjà occupée par quelqu'un. Moisissure noire dans la douche. Petit déj n'était pas substantiel, que de petits gâteaux emballés
