Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo! Per essere un 3 stelle, l'hotel è pulito e curato. Buona la posizione, si raggiunge il centro città in pochissimi minuti in auto! La colazione propone prodotti sia dolci che salati, alcuni dei quali preparati da loro.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, direi che i sanitari del bagno sono datati e andrebbero sostituiti. Comunque il bagno era pulito!

La Posizione e la colazione. Finalmente una macchinetta che eroga il cappuccino con latte vero e caffè in chicchi macinato al momento in base alla scelta fatta e non con latte e caffè in polvere

Cons:

Struttura superata, abbiamo trovato il copriletto sporco, bagno piccolo doccia mini e il bidet era inutilizzabile in quanto a ridosso del termosifone inoltre si sentiva un forte odore di fogna provenire dallo scarico della doccia.
Stanza per fortuna climatizzata (visto il gran caldo), ma senza alcuna possibilità di regolazione, infatti il flusso d'aria era direzionato verso il letto ho dovuto usare uno stratagemma per poter riuscire a dormire mettendo la tenda della finestra avanti al clima.
Minifrigo non funzionante inoltre emanava cattivo odore e non vi era nemmeno dell'acqua all'interno.

Cons:

Das Hotel und das Schwimmbad sind nicht miteinander verbunden. Das Schwimmbad war öffentlich zugänglich. Die online dargestellte Ansicht entspricht nicht der Realität.

Pulizia da rivedere
Pros:

Ottima posizione, dovendo io andare all'archivio di Stato. Buoni i servizi, colazione apprezzabile.

Cons:

Sicuramente pulizia non all'altezza. Polvere e capelli ovunque (stanza e bagno) e termoarredi arrugginiti. È stato fatto pagare il supplemento per il cane anche se in fase di prenotazione mi era stato confermato che non ci sarebbe stato alcun sovrapprezzo.
