Pros:

Locatia foarte buna, aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun (statia de autobuz este fix in fata hotelului, iar metroul la max 10 min distanta). Personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

In camera pe care am rezervat-o, in prima seara, s-a auzit in continuu un zgomot care probabil era de la instalatia de aer conditionat. Dupa ce am semnalat problema, am fost mutati intr-o camera mai mica, cu un singur pat (ni s-a spus ca si camera respectiva este de doua persoane, desi era cat jumatate din camera rezervata initial), dar am acceptat pentru ca era liniste si ne puteam odihni. Am cerut o recalculare a pretului pentru ca ni s-a parut ca ar fi o camera single (era un singur pat acolo, fata de 2 paturi “lipite” cum era in prima) insa ni s-a transmis ca este tot double si nu am mai insistat.

Pros:

Hotel muy bonito, decorado con buen gusto. El desayuno muy variado y rico. La ubicación es muy buena, con buses a 20 y 100 metros y metro a 3 cuadras, además en un barrio agradable, tranquilo, silencioso y seguro.

Cons:

Al momento de tomar desayuno se siente un cierta presión del personal, están demasiado pendientes de ir retirando la vajilla sucia que vas ocupando, están siempre como apuradas, quizás realizan su labor con exagerada eficiencia. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Cons:

The location was fine, but the overall stay was disappointing. The room had no window or natural daylight, and felt quite claustrophobic. The AC was positioned directly above the bed, which made me sick the next morning room and I ended up checking out after the first night instead of staying for three.

Another issue was the staff attitude, which felt unfriendly and unhelpful.
