Nos ha gustado absolutamente todo, la atención en recepción al llegar, la limpieza y las comodidades de la habitación (de la cual nos han hecho una subida de categoría gratis), la atención del personal en la terraza y sobretodo de Génesis que siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades 🫶🏻

I felt there could have been more sunbeds at the pool
La chambre n’étais pas faite et nettoyer correctement des taches sur les draps présentes, de la poussière sur les meubles, tables de chevet poussiéreuse , nous avons dû réclamer plusieurs fois pendant 1h du papier toilette nous avons fait 1 semaine de séjour et franchement ce n’était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avons payer. Étant allergiques à la poussière ce détail m’a fortement impacté et impacté ma semaine de vacances car à la suite de cela je suis tombé malade de plus cela n’a jamais été nettoyer et nous avons dû nettoyer les coins de poussières (meubles et sols) nous même.

Rooms were clean and beds were cosy. Rooftop pool was fab. The breakfast was 10/10!
The tv app to connect to our mobile kept connecting to another rooms mobile 😂
