Excellent stay and helpful staff and amazing accommodations.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking, catching hop on/off bus, and shopping at the arena! The breakfast was exceptional offering numerous food options. I especially enjoyed the omelette/ pancake station and fresh squeezed orange juice, as well as the cappuccino and other juice options.

Cons:

I did not like the ability for smoking directly in front of the entrance to the hotel, where we had to pass through the smoke to enter. As a cancer survivor, I did not appreciate this. Not opposed to others smoking just not in front of the entrance.

Perfect!
Pros:

A very nice hotel. It has an excellent location—the airport shuttle bus stops right nearby, and there is a metro station literally in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is quite spacious. There is a rooftop bar with a swimming pool, from where you can watch the singing fountains in the evening (provided they are running during your stay). Some of the rooms also offer this view. The staff is polite and helpful. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you have a long wait before your flight after checking out. I recommend!

A comfortable place to stay. Avoid the main restaurant.
Pros:

Good location not far from the railway station. Buses and metro a short step away.
The breakfast was very good quality.

Cons:

The main restaurant ( the name began with F) was overpriced, the menu was pretentious. During three weeks touring Spain this was our worst eating experience.
