Everything was great.
Pros:

Very nice facilities. Very good breakfast. Very nice rooftop pool and bar with great view. Perfect location. Metro station right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel , poor staff . See the view of a claimed premium room !
Pros:

Perfect location close to landmarks and shopping mall

Cons:

Staff are so disrespectful, forgetful and generally too busy to care about guests
Over 2 days , I asked 4 times that a technician looks at the shower door since every shower meant the whole bathroom was under water . All 4 requests over the phone and in person ignored
I requested a room at the highest possible level .When we arrived we were told that we were given a room on the first floor !
We had few hours before arrival and check-in so we left the luggage and we went out when we came back we were told that we are given a room in the 4th floor .
the room had a terrible view so we requested a change. They give us a room in the 6 floor but the room reeked of cigarette and AC wasn’t working . We were told to wait 30 minutes for AC to work!!
After 15 minutes I went down and complained again so they changed us again to another room.
Terrible experience with only caused by lack of care .

Pros:

We have stayed previous in the hotel and have always had a pleasent stay, staff are friend, breakfast is very good value and the location is excellant

Cons:

we were on the 1st floor the room was lovely however in the rooms we were located in you could hear and feel the rumbles of the metro line when ever it went under the hotel apart from that it was ok
