Best Hotel in Barcelona
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Hotel Dante several times over the years, and it is consistently my favorite hotel in Barcelona.

The staff is so friendly and professional, the rooms are beautiful, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. It is in a great location where you always feel safe- even as a solo female traveler. You honestly couldn’t want more from a hotel or find better staff.

If you have a chance to select the suite, the balcony is huge and has a gorgeous city view. Additionally, the suite itself is like an apartment and beautifully done.

Excellent service and space for families
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Dante in Barcelona for one night pre-cruise (3rd floor) and two nights post-cruise (2nd floor). We had connecting family style rooms which was such a big help and difficult to find. It was lovely. Customer service was excellent from the front desk staff to the el botones, everyone was patient and accommodating for our English speaking crew. Our second stay’s room on 2nd floor had a hint of a sewage smell but we were out and about most of time and only there for two days so we didn’t bother mentioning it. We loved being able to open windows after Spain won the World Cup to listen to the fireworks and celebrations. Any gluten free or celiac families will be comforted knowing dedicated gluten free establishments are within walking distance (closest being Messie’s Pizzeria and Jansana Bakery). The hotel did try to accommodate GF requests for the breakfast buffet but they weren’t prepackaged or nor were they away from non gluten free items. Buffets are notorious for cross contact so we had the buffet the first stay but my sone ate snacks we brought instead and we did not eat there the second stay since my son has celiac disease. Overall very high marks to this hotel for their hospitality!

Emplacement top, personnel top, chambre fonctionnelle, très bon lits et salle de bains avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour sans s'encombrer de produits de toilette.

There are much nicer hotels
Pros:

Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel. While the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the property itself feels tired and in need of significant refurbishment.

Parts of the hotel appeared to be under construction, with carpets covered by cardboard and some doorways blocked off, which detracted from the overall experience.

When we first checked in, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being non-smoking. To their credit, the staff moved us to another room promptly, and the smell was much improved.

Unfortunately, after flight delays meant we needed to extend our stay by one night, we were moved again—this time to a room that had a strong raw sewage smell, making it very unpleasant.
Check out was 12pm but as we left for breakfast we returned to find the cleaners making the room ready for the next guests. The hotel front desk was desperate to get us out of the room so they could prepare it, despite us having 3 hours left in the room.

Barcelona is an incredible city with many excellent hotels to choose from. Regrettably, based on our experience, this isn’t one I would stay at again or recommend.

центральное местоположение и наличие парковки

Cons:

я все понимаю что идет Tur de France и все отели полные ,но продавать комнату размером наверное метров 10 без окна, окно типа во двор , но просыпаешься в полной темноте и за 170 евро это явно перебор. это был самый ужасный ужас.
