Shower was the slowest ever used and took an age to heat up. Single Pillow was the thinnest I have ever tried to sleep on, walls paper thin, listening to conversations and noise from above all night! Sorry disappointed!

Staff were super friendly - offered suggestions to nearby cafés and places to visit. Also gave some helpful tips which would benefit tourists. Lovely location, tube access just a short distance away.
Lovely well cared for hotel in a great location for shop,cafes and pubs etc. The Cask Kitchen is just round the corner and that’s a great pub. 👍The welcome we received and the friendly atmosphere were great. 👍

La atención exquisita de John,Lorraine y Nikita que son súper atentos ,cuidan de sus clientes y hacen que te sientas como en casa ,así como la absoluta limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones ❤️ Autobús al lado del hotel ,y metro a 5 minutos.
