Super wygodne łóżko 🤗
Beautiful area, lovely room with doors you can have open all night onto a balcony, not the kind you go out onto but it was amazing having a breeze as it was a very very warm night. Room was quite small but cute and clean. The man and his daughter whose hotel it is were lovely and friendly and insane flexible. Would definitely book again. The area was beautiful too. We were able to leave our bag there too.

Great location close to Victoria Station, a central transport hub in London, and tourist attractions like the River Thames. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Wifi was relatively smooth.
Room felt a little small and it could get a bit noisy outside. Room felt a bit stuffy at times in hotter weather.

It was quiet and clean
I arrived late and the instructions to get in were fine but I was on the 4th floor with a heavy case and no lift.
Super sauberes, zweckmäßiges und zentral gelegenes Haus. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Straße raus hatten, war es ruhig und wir konnten mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Die Betten waren wirklich bequem. Wir hatten einen ausgesprochen angenehmen Aufenthalt und empfehlen uneingeschränkt und unbedingt dieses nette Hotel.
Eine Dusche mit einem Schlauch anstatt eines festen Duschkopfes wäre schöner.
Set in a lovely part of London close to tube stations, the river, lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff were very nice and although very simple the rooms were spotlessly clean. Although there is no lift the gentleman on reception offered to carry the case up to the room.
It would have been nice to have a couple more pillows on the bed.
Well located. Nice clean room with decent shower. Receptionist was lovely.
Would have been nice to have 2nd pillow available in room. We arrived late and did not feel like going down 4 flights of stairs to get some! (Or feel we could ask receptionist to do that).
The room is very small (it’s London after all), but there was an amazing amount of storage and thoughtful details which meant there was a place for everything, and we could even slide our suitcases under the bed. The space was extremely well used, and we were very comfortable there.
I can’t remember anything we didn’t like.

Organization was lame and the old guy at the reception was rude:
- the check-in was late, we were offered no apologies or later checkout in return
- the receptionist invented a story that I arrived with another person earlier, so when my friend arrived, he blamed her that we're going to live in 3 in the room (delusional old person)
- upon checking we were offered one key for two people, and when we asked for the second one, the answer was very rude: "why do u need it, nobody ever asks for it". We said we will be coming back and forth separately, and need 2 keys. Then the dude decided to take a DEPOSIT for a second key. We didn't have pounds, my friend gave 20 euros and he literally sniffed the note (not trusting us, live we've printed it or smth). Upon checkout the 20 euros note returned was torn
- the dude gave us the room on the last 5th floor with no elevator and very (i mean VERY) steep and narrow stairs. We saw it in the description, so it would have been OK, but the old guy kept saying "you look healthy enough". Outrageous, especially considering my chronic autoimmune joints issues
- Kept saying - if we don't like anything, he can cancel the stay and we'd go search for another hotel. Last moment, sure =/
- Old, wall-mounted shower
- Noise from the next door rooms and the corridor
- 3 towels for 2 people (we didn't get the math)
Fantastically friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location - walking distance to Victoria station, close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and shops, and yet very quiet - so we were guaranteed a good night’s sleep.
