Not a lot. Didn’t really see much of if as was in a separate building in the basement
Was put In the basement room with no window, rubbish aircon that smelt funny
Also didn’t like the £100 you have to pay incase of damages, Iv stayed in 5 start hotels that don’t ask for this!
Rooms are tiny with no space to get changed let alone place to store your bag/ suitcase
Very modern well positioned
Being really picky! And I mean being very very picky, different building for reception and also breakfast.
Nothing. This whole experience was a disappointment.
I requested twin room and was given double bed at the back of the property in a garden room. I did not request this and had my request approved by booking.com the hotel tried to sort out booking come mistake .
Great location, 5 minute walk from Earls Court tube station.
Easy to find
Close to bars, restaurants, shops
Comfy bed, well appointed bathroom with plenty of toiletries
Good wifi, good supply of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits
Helpful and friendly staff at reception
①Near the station
②Very clean
③facilities
④Mattress
Bit small room
If you stay as 2 adult and have a suitcase,it might be not enough space.
Lovely location qnd Nice Staff
Reception staff very welcoming & friendly
Room was very clean & good facilities, if a little small
Excellent location for getting out & about
Room was very good and clean
The breakfast was extremely basic
Location
Not told it was a separate building when booking with no reception
Breakfast good 👍 enough choice.
Room great, we were in main building
All good except for allowance of hand and shower washes were not received on time. Had to go and buy at a higher cost at the only open store at the time.
More allowance of toilet roll, shower gel and handwashes should be provided.
Air con works and you have full control over room temperature
Tiny room :)
Bed was comfy. Clean. Very nice shower. Had everything we needed. Aircon was great especially cause it was so hot. Very close to the tube station. Location was great.
The double bed was two singles pushed together, for the price it would have been good to have an actual double bed. The staff could have been nicer. The £100 deposit no damages thing they ask for at reception should be something guests are informed of before hand also it's a lot on top of what you already pay. Thankfully got it back straight after checking out.
The hotel is situated right near the train station which was convenient. Breakfast was decent enough but not very friendly if you have allergies.
For the price you are paying at this hotel, you’d expect a lot more. We got a ‘deluxe double room’ and can say there was nothing deluxe about it. It was a small room, bath with no plug, had to call reception for them to turn your air con on (and it was terrible anyways), desk with no chair I.e no seating except the bed, could feel the springs in the bed, found black hairs around the room, some of the staff we encountered were not the friendliest.
If we were staying for more than one night, I would have asked for a refund! Paying almost $400 AUD for one night, you’d expect a whole lot more and better service.
The location of the hotel was acceptable, but unfortunately this was overshadowed by the problems I experienced during and after my stay.
