The room was large and cool during a heatwave.
Die Geräusche vom Aufzug, da ich mein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug hatte und er ziemlich laut war beim Einsatz
Location is great. It was clean. Good shower and comfortable beds.
Room.next to the lift. Horrible screaching noise throughout the night. We barely slept which ruined our trip.

After I reserved the room and my reservation was nonrefundable I was surprised by a mail telling me I have to pay 100£ as a security

The position is fantastic. Although the room was small, it was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and available 24/7.
Vi havde booket et deluxe værelse med ekstra seng, men blev ændret til to sammenhængende værelser i haven, hvilket var dejligt.
Luft kvaliteten på værelserne var ikke den bedste og der var ret fugtigt.
I liked the location. It was great. Just a minute's walk from Earl's Court tube station. The hotel was clean and it was good enough for a solo traveller.
The thing that irked me the most was that the hotel called up a day before and told that if I had to stay I have to pay 100pounds more because there was a system error in showing the prices durung the time of booking. But Sadly, while checking out they didn't give me the total receipt. They gave me the receipt without showing that 100pounds.
Secondly, they are taking 100pounds as a security deposit that they revert back to the account while checking out by card which may take even 3weeks to return back to the account if the account is a non-european one. My point is then why not take the cash and return it right away in an enevelope during the time of checking out. 100pounds is not a matter of joke for people staying abroad with less currency value.
