Una noche sin poder dormir y una decepcionante respuesta del manager
Cons:

Nuestra experiencia con el hotel no fue buena debido a una noche en la que prácticamente no pudimos dormir.

Durante la noche sufrimos un ruido/zumbido que se repetía aproximadamente cada 5-10 minutos y que nos impedía descansar. Avisamos a recepción y el recepcionista acudió a la habitación en tres ocasiones. El problema es que estaba solo en recepción y tenía que volver, por lo que no pudo permanecer en la habitación el tiempo suficiente para escuchar el ruido cuando se producía.

Lo que más nos ha decepcionado, incluso más que el propio problema, ha sido la respuesta posterior del manager. A pesar de haber explicado lo ocurrido y de haber enviado grabaciones del ruido, se nos comunica que no se encontró ningún ruido y que no se ofrecerá ninguna compensación. Consideramos que el hecho de que el ruido no se detectara durante una breve comprobación no significa que no existiera, especialmente cuando nosotros lo sufrimos repetidamente durante la noche.

Además, se nos ofreció un desayuno como gesto de buena voluntad. Agradecemos el gesto, pero el desayuno no compensa una noche sin poder descansar. Nosotros reservamos una habitación de hotel para dormir y descansar antes de nuestro viaje, no para desayunar.

Queremos destacar que el personal de recepción fue muy amable y trató de ayudarnos dentro de sus posibilidades. Nuestra crítica se refiere principalmente a la gestión posterior de la reclamación y, especialmente, a la respuesta del manager, que nos hizo sentir que se ponía en duda nuestra experiencia.

Una pena, porque el trato del personal fue excelente, pero la manera en la que se gestionó nuestra reclamación hizo que nuestra experiencia final fuera muy negativa.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean short walking distance from the main high street and underground. Was able to find nice restaurants for meals. Would have stayed extra night but hotel was fully booked.

Fantastic Comfortable Overnight Stay
Pros:

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location close to tube. Perfect for our overnight stay to celebrate my wifes birthday and our 38th wedding anniversary to enjoy afternoon tea at the Shard, see Sam Smith at the London Coliseum and lunch at Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen at 22 bishopsgate.
The room was comfortable and very clean. Everything worked and functioned it should, bathroom was well stocked with amenities etc.
Would definitely stay again.

Perfekt für kurze Aufenthalte mit guter Anbindung an die Bahn.
Pros:

Exzellente Lage nahe der Station Earls Court - direkte Zugverbindung zum Flughafen Heathrow. Leicht zu finden; Geschäfte für den Alltag in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schönes, modernisiertes Zimmer, Bett sehr bequem. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Frühstück immer aufgefüllt, toller Frühstückssaal. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Leider sehr zugig und kühl im Zimmer, trotz Fenster zu, Vorhänge zu und Klimaanlage aus. Die Knöpfe neben den Betten zum Lichtsteuerung haben leider durchgängig geleuchtet, was eine völlig Verdunkelung nicht möglich machte.
Mein Zimmer lag in Aufzugsnähe, man hört leider die Geräusche vom Gang recht deutlich. Das Bad ist sehr eng, hauptsächlich für kleine und schlanke Personen gedacht.

Good location, easy access to Tube and restaurants
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, very helpful with taxi service and having the room ready for a slightly early arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, small but roomy enough for our short stay.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima a due passi dalla metropolitana di Earl's Court, camera piccola ma confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione ricca e varia di ottima qualità.
