Close to underground station and restaurants
There was no fridge. The shower didnt drain.
Great location. Small room but very Clean and quiet and air conditioned. Breakfast buffet was constantly being refreshed by staff. Will use again.
La ubicación es muy buena, está a dos calles de la estación de Gloucester Road que tiene excelentes conexiones a unas pocas paradas de Westminster. El personal ha sido muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa, al salir me han guardado el equipaje.

The location was great and the price was also very good value. The room was clean and air conditioned and although very small, it did the job.
The room was absolutely tiny and the bathroom minuscule. I was glad to only be there one night and to not have much time between arriving and going to sleep. There was a rectangular window high up, close to the ceiling, so you couldn't see out unless you stood on the bed. It was a little claustrophobic.
Good location near to tube station. We were attending BST at Hyde Park which was about 40 mins walk away. My single room was a comfortable size for 1 person but my Sisters was a slightly different layout & felt smaller - still ok for a short stay though! Aircon was great!
Rooms had a bit of a smell but think it was their cleaning products. Only gripe is that I had to hold shower head when showering to avoid getting hair wet with rainfall shower.
My tiny room at the top of the house was perfect for my overnight stay! Fortunately there’s a lift that took me to the door of the room. As London was quite warm, the efficient air conditioning was very welcome. The location is super convenient near Cromwell Road (lots of buses) a minutes from Gloucester Road underground station. The staff are friendly, efficient people.

Emplacement formidable. Nous y reviendrons. Je ne comprends vraiment pas les commentaires négatifs. Personnel à l écoute, accueillant, souriant, chambres propres et faites tous les jours. C était parfait. Un excellent rapport qualité prix, qd on sait le prix des hôtels à Londres!

The staff were very nice, it was my sons birthday and the staff had balloons and cake and fruit and drinks and a lovely birthday card, it was so wonderful and I really appreciate it thank you
