A really good place to stay in Kensington!
Pros:

My room was reasonably spacious. It was good to have air conditioning. It was comfortable and fairly well equipped and I wasn't disturbed by noice at night. The bathroom was quite spacious. The location was excellent for getting round London, but in particular, it's only a 10 minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall. The cafe provided excellent, healthy breakfasts, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a little discount in the cafe for hotel guests. Other than that, there is nothing else I would want to change.

Vše ok, snad jen to, že pokoj byl pod přízemím, ale pro naše potřeby to bylo bez problémů.

Pros:

Staff very helpful. Location great

Cons:

Room had a loud intermittent banging through the night. Rooms are dated and not the cleanest. Paint flaking off the walls in one room we had.

Breakfast is dire. Bathroom is a broom cupboard, couldn't sit on the toilet without banging knees on the sink

Muy buena estadia en Londres
Pros:

Excelente hotel, limpio muy buen desayuno y muy bien ubicado para una estadia en Londres.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo, por decir algo solo algunos detalles en la habitacion que se ppdrian mejorar como mas variedad de canales en la tv y en la habitacion que me tocó habia un mosaico del piso rajado.
