Pros:

The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good
You could order fried eggs if you wanted.
The location was excellent
Very close to the underground and buses
There were excellent restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The room could use some updating although the bathroom was ultra modern.

Ok for an overnight stay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The property was in a good location for a short walk to High Street Kensington and the Royal Albert Hall, also in a quiet location and very close to the Gloucester Road Underground station. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

The bed was hard and pillows uncomfortable, there was no fridge in the room, the lift was noisy. The tv turned itself on at five o’clock in the morning also the electric in the room failed and had to be reset. Breakfast was limited.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Loved the quiet neighborhood that is just steps from the underground. As we visited during a heat wave, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had AC and the shower was the best we had in all of our travels.!

Really good value for very decent clean tidy room and bathroom
Pros:

Room a good size for a really good price for the location; all tidy, clean etc. Missed out on free breakfast as had to leave early so had breakfast in a bag which was kind of them but a little basic.

Cons:

No view to room but at this price very hard to expect more.
