Excellent location close to all the sights
Pros:

Nice breakfast, plenty of variety. Nice coffee

If you're in a pinch near the RAH
Pros:

Convenient location when you're attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall. Good value for money.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and I felt like I was poked and prodded by springs in my back all night. The room smelt a bit stuffy.

Worst of all was the poor WiFi: bad connectivity and extremely slow when it does work. I've lived in rural Australia where I had to depend on dial up internet that was more capable than this. I had to use my roaming data as a hotspot just to load my work mails, look up maps etc. Very basic functionality that was unworkable due to the sluggish WiFi.

Pros:

Gute Lage - ca. 200m von U-Bahn

Cons:

Klimaanlage fiel aus (betrifft das Zimmer 402). Ersatzzimmer wurde nicht gewährt, trotz 34 Grad.
Erst am nächsten Tag wurde -nach mehreren Rückfragen - Ersatzzimmer bereitgestellt. Das war aber viel kleiner mit winzigen Bad (AC hat funktioniert)

Zugesagtes Frühstück (Genius 3-Prämie) wurde nicht gewährt.
Alles SEHR ärgerlich.

Für 2 Tage London genau richtig!
Pros:

Für ein Einzelzimmer sehr geräumig, Bett war bequem. Hotel ist etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Ubahn entfernt, einige Shops und Restaurants in Hotelnähe. Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal.

Pros:

Excellent location - central to everything. Great value for money, nice staff, exceptionally clean and a good breakfast. Perfect for a short stay in London.

Great value for money, close to the tube station and very nice staff.
Pros:

It’s very near to the tube station, it did triple rooms for adults and the rooms are roomy, the staff were very nice and helpful.

Convenient stay in the heart of Kensington - great for my work trip!
Pros:

Great location, clean, nice staff, efficient check in, and air conditioning.

Cons:

The air conditioning only seemed to blow medium or high - so it was a bit glitchy - but I’ll take any air conditioning over no air conditioning! For the price I wish it was a bit lower but for London not bad at all. Would stay again!
