Great stay for an affordable price
Pros:

Size of the room was nice to accommodate everything I needed - the table and a stool allowed to open the laptop comfortably - that was a huge boost compared to other hotels I used before.
Large bathroom, shower faucets with automatic temperature control made showering extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

Poor noise isolation, toilet flushing can be heard by all neighbours, bathroom fan and shower faucet are a bit noisy. No shower gel or shampoo are available in the room by default (probably available by request).

Pleasant London getaway
Pros:

The hotel staff was friendly and helped us with all of our needs. I especially liked the fact that we could use the fridge located at the reception. The room was small but ok, cleaned every day with fresh towels. During our stay the weather was very nice, even hot sometimes and it was stuffy in the room, the ventilator helped, but during the summer an A/C would be needed in my opinion. Good wifi and great location, lots of grocery stores, caffes and pubs nearby. A few children's playgrounds at circa 15 min. walk.

Cons:

The bed was a bit narrow for us because our toddler slept with us together, but the matteres was comfy. We lacked fresh air during the hot days and evenings. But overall I was satisfied with the hotel.

Nem működött az usb telefontöltő. Csak 1 volt jó a 2ből. A hajszárító sem működött.

Man patika personala attieksme, rūpes, vēlme palīdzēt.
Nebija traucējošu kaimiņu.
Uz jautājumiem personāls spēja atbildēt un varēja arī pakonsultēties par to ko ir vērts apmeklēt Londonā kur labāk est un citas lietas, kas svarīgas tūristam.

Cons:

Pietrūka higiēnas piederumu ar ziepēm ir par maz, uzskatu, ka bija nepieciešama neliela dušas želeja (kādi 80-90 ml)! Istabiņas platība, neduadz maldinoši- jo bildes izskatijās lielāka, bet realitātē ir maza. Durvis (enģēs) čīkst, un grīda arī. Ja virs mūsu numura ir kāds ievācies tad ja visu nakti tie staigā pa istabiņu tad ļoti dzird čīkstoņu grīdas.

Small room, big value – we'd happily stay again
Pros:

Superb location – Marble Arch, Hyde Park and Oxford Street on foot, Tube and buses right around the corner. The whole hotel is spotless and the room was serviced daily with fresh towels. Modern bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) in excellent condition. Friendly, efficient reception – handled our late check-in and a 2 a.m. departure without any issue. Ideal base for a week of exploring London.

Cons:

Worth knowing: the triple room is really tight, and the upper floors are reached by steep, narrow stairs with no lift – awkward with luggage. Otherwise nothing to complain about for this price in central London.

La habitación muy pequeña, las paredes sucias, no había armario, el personal de limpieza nos quitó un aceite del pelo en mi habitación y en la de mis hijos una gomina y fueron 4 noches por 1700€ por una habitación de matrimonio y otra con dos camas muy caro para lo que ofrece

Posizione eccellente e ottima qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente la metro e le fermate degli autobus. È possibile parcheggiare in strada oppure utilizzare i parcheggi privati presenti nella zona. La camera è piccola, ma ben organizzata e funzionale. Molto comodo il servizio di portineria attivo 24 ore su 24. La zona è tranquilla, essendo situata in una strada residenziale proprio all’angolo con Hyde Park.

Cons:

L’appartamento non dispone di aria condizionata, che sarebbe sicuramente utile durante i periodi più caldi. Il bagno è privo di finestra. Inoltre, manca un vero e proprio armadio dove poter riporre comodamente i bagagli e l’abbigliamento.

Hostal muy recomendable para turismo de picos dias
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, muy bien comunicado y muy céntrico. Al lado de Hyde park, y un barrio muy tranquilo, sin ningún tipo de peligros, de los que puedes pasear tranquilamente por la noche.
El metro muy cerca, y caminando podías llegar a un montón de zonas céntricas.
Las camas, eran dos individuales, muy cómodas, buen colchón para descansar, baño pequeño, pero suficiente, y sobre todo decir, que estaba muy limpio, e importante, sin moqueta en toda la habitación, si la había en zonas comunes.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hablaran español, y que la habitación estuviera en un sótano, sin aire acondicionado , tenía una ventilador muy ruidoso para tenerlo encendido toda la noche, afortunadamente, no hizo un calor excesivo, 26° de máxima en Londres, en verano, puede ser un infierno. Habitación pequeña y algo oscura, por la ventana veías un muro, habitación interior, pero como solamente la usamos para dormir y para el aseo, muy bien, muy recomendable para lo que es estar dos días de turismo y en nuestro caso ir a ver a Bon Jovi.
Si regreso a Londres, volvería a alojarme en este hotel, sobre todo por lo bien comunicado, limpieza de la habitación, y comodidad de la cama.
