The price was great for a last minute booking. A short walk from the various different places we were going.
Whilst very nice the three person rooms was very tiny. To enter the room everyone had to be on the landing to open the door, and the end of the single bed was right there. Priced accordingly and didn’t upset the stay.
The worst experience.
Absolutely horrific experience at this hotel. My issues were not handled properly. I requested a refund to rebook at a better hotel and was denied the refund for no reason.
Excelente localização! Quarto confortável em região sem barulho mesmo nosso quarto sendo virado para a rua. Metrô e ônibus MUITO perto, estávamos em qualquer lugar em 30 minutinhos. Staff simpático e prestativo. Arrumação diária com troca de toalhas, shampoo e condicionador ótimos.
Edredon e lençóis brancos e muito limpos, assim como as toalhas.
O quarto tinha um tamanho adequado para 4 pessoas com espaço para as malas e até um pequeno armário. Frigobar disponível assim como chás, chocolate, café solúvel e açúcar. Perfeito.
Ar condicionado portátil foi providencial neste verão!
Voltaríamos sem pensar pois o custo X benefício foi excelente! E foi muito confortável para dormir.
Apesar de ter elevador ele ficou quebrado os 5 dias da nossa diária. O elevador foi um diferencial que levei em consideração pois ja vinha de 7 dias de viagem em Paris e sabia que estaríamos cansados e cheios de mala. Isso foi bem chato pois nosso quarto era no 2o andar e subir cansada no final do dia foi bem ruim.
O banheiro e o espaço de chuveiro eram pequenos mas mesmo assim funcionou bem!

Buena zona. Cerca de transporte público y bien ubicado. Calle tranquila y bonita.
Ascensor estropeado. No había aire acondicionado y nos pilló ola de calor y encima estábamos en la última planta de arriba y el calor era asfixiante. La ventana solo se podía abrir un poco, con lo cual tampoco entraba casi aire de la calle.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring London on foot and by tube. We had a twin room in the basement, the air conditioning was very much needed, giving the weather. Fridge in room was handy for drinks, fruit and snacks. Shower was lovely and powerful.
The room was compact and the bathroom was tiny. It was located near the breakfast room so was noisy in a morning, so no lie in!
The location was perfect. We had a room for four, 2 adults, 2 children 17 & 14 with a double bed and 2 single beds which was fantastic as usually someone ends up on an uncomfortable pull out! The room was cleaned each day and the free toiletries topped up when used.
Unfortunately the lift was broken when we stayed which meant lugging our case up to the 4th floor. And after a full day's sightseeing in London the last thing we wanted was another 4 flights of stairs each day!
Also, albeit they provided us with an aircon unit and fan, it was still extremely warm in the room at night making it difficult to sleep. We did however stay during the heatwave!
Neither of these issues would prevent us from staying at the hotel again though.
