Non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema dell'aria condizionata in una delle settimane più calde di londra....tornare dopo una giornata sotto il sole e trovarci in quattro in una stanza di meno di 20mq con 30 gradi segnati sul condizionatore, in quanto rotto e senza la possibilità di poter aprire la finestra, non è stato piacevole, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma erano pieni.....detto questo, location perfetta, struttura pulita e staff molto gentile, ripeto unico intoppo è stata la temperatura in camera

Was fine for 2 nights but wouldn’t wanted to stay longer and wouldn’t return
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Room very small and cramped for 4 people. Granted we’ve stayed during a heatwave, but the air con unit in the room was useless. Room is very very hot and humid and no means of cooling it.

Muito quente, muito apertado e o elevador claustrofóbico.

Apenas da localização e do atendimento.

Cons:

Não tinha ar condicionado funcionando no quarto, estava extremamente quente, apenas colocaram um refrigerador de ambiente que não gela o quarto, pois a janela continua aberta. Além disso, quarto extremamente apertado e pequeno para duas pessoas, mal cabe as malas. O elevador precisa de manutenção, não traz segurança.

Very budget friendly hotel
Pros:

Very close to the metro and the buses. Walking distance from Kensington Gardens and shops and restaurants. The staff is so friendly

Very worn out hotel :-(
Pros:

The location is good, we came back late after concert and felt safe. The staff let us to keep the luggage in the hotel.

Cons:

The place is worn out a LOT! The carpets were not been cleaned for years. We booked two bed rooms and we were located in the basement near public bathroom and it smelt terrible, but as our shower did not work the staff were kind and moved us on the better room. The price for this property for one night was 180 eur and it is totally inappropriate price for the quality of the hotel. I understand that the location is good and therefore people stay there, but please put some money back in the building and rooms.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was difficult sometimes to explain what I wanted as staff didn't speak much English

Our room was in the basement so above ground level would have been better

Posizione ottima, a due passi dalle fermate metro Queensway e Bayswater, vicina a Paddington. Reception h24 quindi nessu

La camera veniva rifatta giornalmente, cambio asciugamani incluso. Sempre puliti.

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo la camera non era stata arieggiata abbastanza, ma abbiamo risolto tenendo aperta la finestra per l’intera giornata.
