Hotel that would need a massive renovation
Pros:

Receptionist were for sure really kind.
They also were really helpful with luggages, at the start and ending of our travel.

Cons:

The rooms are really cramped, not really well designed.
We were first on the 6th floor, we had a poorly functioning shower(no pressure at all), that led to a change of room in the middle of our stay.
The elevator was not working at the time of our stay.
AC consist of mobil units in the room, with tubing in really sorry state

Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment bien situé, proche du Tube et des bus, dans un quartier très calme. Le personnel était disponible, accueillant et souriant.

Cons:

La 1ere chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos de la réservation. Elle était au sous-sol, fort petite, les équipements de climatisation et douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Ensuite, le personnel a changé notre chambre qui était plus grande, avec des équipements fonctionnels, ce qui était plus confortable.

Exceptional customer service and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Outstanding customer service from staff, they accommodated all requests and made my daughter’s birthday very special.
Easy location from Paddington & Queensway. Welcoming and easy to use. Very comfy beds! Will absolutely be staying here again.

Cons:

Bathrooms could use an update or some polishing but the towels were clean and plenty, great amenities and easy to use.

El millor de l'hotel és l'ubicació, al costat de Hyde Park i de vàries estacions/parades de metro i autobús, també hi ha l'estació de Paddington a 10 minuts. El barri és idíl•lic i amb molta vida durant tot el dia.

Cons:

Ens hem allotjat en plena onada de calor i l'hotel no està preparat. Només hi havia aire acondicionat a la recepció, l'habitació era una sauna, van posar-hi un "pingüí" però l'havíem d'apagar perquè escalfava encara més l'habitació.

Die Lage ist direkt in der Nähe. Paddington, Kensington und Notting Hill sind perfekt erreichbar.

Cons:

Lift war defekt. Zimmer in Etage sind sehr klein und Boden ist schräg. Leider wurde zns keine Unterstützung mit dem Gepäck angeboten.

Große Enttäuschung

Mir hat die Nähe zur Hauptstraße gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 3Bett-Zimmer in der 5. Etage. Es war alt und muffig. Die Einrichtung war zusammengewürfelt. Für 3 Erwachsene ( Frauen ) gab es einen Stuhl und zusammen 6 Kleiderbügel. Eine 3. Bettdecke mußten erst noch nachordern. Die Türen schließen hydraulich und knallen so zu, daß jedes mal die Wände wackelten. Das Klimagerät war auch sehr laut. Im Bad gab es ein sehr kleines Waschbecken und alles war herunter gekommen und alt. Der Fahrstuhl war klein, der Boden war dreckig, die Anzeige funktionierte nicht. Am 5. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes fuhr der Fahrstuhl nicht mehr. Nun ist es so, daß ich schweres Asthma habe und darum immer ein Hotel mit Fahrstuhl buche. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde der Fahrstuhl nicht repariert. Auf meine Bitte um Hilfe bot man mir für den nächsten Tag ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage an. Da ich das ablehnte wurde ich bis zur Abreise ignoriert. Ich mußte fast auf jeder 2. Stufe anhalten, weil ich keine Luft bekam. Aber keine Entschuldigung oder das Angebot einer Entschädigung. Für diesen Urlaub hatte ich ein Jahr lang gespart und dann so eine Pleite. Nie wieder dieses " Hotel"

Very disappointing. The second room was was thankfully more like it. Breakfasts only just fair.
Pros:

Location was fine. The second room (302) was much better. Still no drawers for clothes but a much better space and also a small round table with 2 chairs. Shower tray fied to the wall.

Cons:

The first room we were given (303) was shocking. A double bed squeezed into a room so that the access to the bed was almost impossible on the window side side. That, plus a portable airconditioner in the corner of the room with a flexible tube sticking out of the window almost blocked the already very tight access making it even more difficult.
There were no drawers to put clothes in forcing us to leave clothes in the cases. The shower was presented with a loose drain cover and the suction mounted corner shower shampoo etc. tray was actually also on the shower floor.
The photographs on Booking.com showed a full English breakfast. It was a continental breakfast. There were some hot dog sausages but that is not an english breakfast.
