My stay over there was Marvellous
Pros:

Stopped for a couple of nights it was lovely place and quite easy to walk around for shops and restaurants.

Cons:

If you get the room next to the road sometimes the motorbike noise is too loud at late night.

Pros:

the location was not in the city center but you can go everywhere by bus and metros. we liked the location. hotel was good, reception guys are kind and helpful. room was quite well and clean. I strongly recommend to stay mostly even in cheaper times. I liked the pool as well. they said it is small but it was cool. everyday we used it.

Cons:

in the mornings there was a noise from cleaning room which was to next to our room. It was used by room service guys . and there were always some noise between 8-10:00. but no problem. room service guys or cleaning guys are very helpful and friendly. it is just related with the room location.

Cons:

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à Barcelone, surtout dans le cadre d’un voyage médical. Dès la réservation, la gestion a été compliquée et peu professionnelle. Dès la réservation, la communication a été compliquée : réponses incomplètes par email, impossibilité de finaliser la réservation directement, puis annonce d’un hôtel “complet” alors que des chambres étaient disponibles sur Booking.

Étant orientée vers cet hôtel par un hôpital partenaire, j’avais pourtant obtenu par téléphone et par email la confirmation que la réduction liée au partenariat serait appliquée même via Booking, directement au moment du check-in. Une fois sur place, l’hôtel a finalement refusé de respecter cet engagement, sans réelle explication ni volonté de trouver une solution. Le manque d’empathie dans un contexte médical a été particulièrement choquant.

Le service n’est pas au niveau attendu d’un 4 étoiles : check-in géré par une stagiaire laissée seule face au problème, manager peu professionnel et absence totale de prise en charge: il est simplement intervenu pour dire que “ce n’était pas possible”, avant de repartir sans chercher davantage de solution ni faire preuve d’écoute.

Par ailleurs, je n’aurais probablement jamais choisi cet hôtel s’il n’avait pas été situé à proximité du lieu où je devais me rendre. Les chambres sont peu lumineuses et, malgré le choix d’une suite avec terrasse, l’expérience n’a absolument pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Plus globalement, la qualité proposée ne correspond pas, selon moi, au niveau habituellement attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles à Barcelone au vu du prix pratiqué en Europe.

Enfin, même si le personnel du petit déjeuner était aimable, celui-ci est servi dans un sous-sol sans lumière naturelle.

Une expérience globalement très décevante et loin des standards attendus pour cette catégorie d’établissement.

És la primera vegada que ens hi allotgem i ens ha agradat molt. Pe sort ens van donar una habitació superior i realment és fantàstica. Molt confortable i amb bon interiorisme (un detall que de vegades falta als hotels). Quan tornem a Barcelona, repetirem.

The hotel suited our needs due to its location.
Pros:

The location was what we wanted due to the purpose of our stay, the dog bed and bowls were thoughtful, most of the staff, besides one were pleasant and helpful, including the people working in the restaurant and bar. The parking in the recommended public parking was surprisingly discounted and thus much cheaper compared to the usual charges per day in such places.

Cons:

The noise coming from the street below, the lack of privacy-you could not have the curtains and windows open without giving the people living in the building opposite a life show. The horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom- I do not know if it's just this room or hotel, but you regularly could smell the sewage on the streets as well. We did not order nor ate breakfast during our 5 night stay, but at the checkout, the lady on duty questioned my honesty, by repeatedly asking if we had breakfast?
