Comfortable stay, great service
Pros:

Great location, excellent service at reception. The room was very clean, good selection of toiletries and extremely comfortable bed and pillows (I have back issues with beds so this is a major plus for me!)

Cons:

The A/C could have been better but it worked enough that I wasn’t sweltering in the room. I am used to stronger air con but it wasn’t a huge issue

Great location, friendly staff, some hiccups during our stay.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was on the smaller side but cozy. Good air conditioning. Great location - the metro is super close, and some attractions (Sagrada Familia) within walking distance. Overall I was happy with my stay.

Cons:

The pool was under construction, which we had expected to use. However, we were allowed to attend a pool in another hotel (5 min. walk), which was nice. There was a lot of sound travelling between rooms, so keep that in mind when booking.

Pros:

The staff was really nice and helpful!! There was some trouble with my rate and the staff helped me fix it on arrival, which i am very grateful for. The location is very nice. It’s near subway stations and a lot of food places, and it was fairly easy to get around.

На ресепшене работает русскоговорящая девушка, что облегчает заселение))
Нам попался номер даже лучше, чем бронировали!
В следующий приезд в Барселону заселяться будем сюда же.
Санузел отличный, чувствуются, что недавно производился ремонт. В номере есть чайник, чайные пакетики и кофе
