Pros:

O local é bem ajeitado e tem bom café da manhã. O quarto tinha uma janela enorme!

Cons:

O hotel teve problemas com o ar condicionado em torno de 3 dias antes de chegarmos, enviaram mensagem informando que nos reembolsariam se quiséssemos, mas naquela altura do campeonato só conseguiríamos lugares superfaturados. Em troca eles ofereceram serviços de frigobar gratuito e um pequeno ventilador para um quarto 3 pessoas, não acho que foi o suficiente. O serviço de frigobar eram duas garrafinhas de água por dia... (estávamos em 3 pessoas), depois começaram a dar jarras de água da torneira que não são bem geladas. Estava bem calor e ficamos 4 dias no hotel. Ou seja, demoraram mais de uma semana para arrumar o ar condicionado e quando fomos embora ainda estava quebra. Do mais, achei que a localização não é tão boa assim, achei que não fica tão perto de nada, mas não é um bairro perigoso.

Близко к Саграде фамилии, обычный отель, завтраки хорошие, цена чуть выше среднего. Наверное из за расположения.

Pros:

Chegamos ao hotel várias horas antes do horário de check-in, bastante cansadas após uma longa viagem. Mesmo assim, a equipe foi extremamente acolhedora e prestativa. Guardaram nossas malas em uma sala segura e trancada, permitindo que passeássemos pela cidade sem preocupações. Além disso, disponibilizaram banheiros para que pudéssemos nos arrumar, escovar os dentes e nos refrescar antes de sair. Essa atenção fez toda a diferença, pois nos ajudou a recuperar as energias e aproveitar melhor o dia enquanto aguardávamos o horário de entrada no quarto. Um atendimento realmente excelente.

Nada a declarar. Nossa experiência foi muito positiva e tudo correu conforme o esperado, sem qualquer contratempo ou inconveniente durante a estadia.
