Pros:

The situation of the hotel is excellent, just 100 mts from the metro and within easy walking distance of shops and La Rambla.
The staff were excellent, helpful and fun, especially José, who could not have been more helpful in helping organize my family group. Thank you so much

Pros:

The only positive thing about the room was the shower.

Cons:

When we arrived at the room, there was no soap, shampoo, or other toiletries. We had to request them, and they were only provided after we asked.

The room had only one window, and it faced an interior air shaft, so there was virtually no natural light at all.

Although our room was cleaned, the towels were not replaced. When I called the front desk, I was told, “They should have been changed. Why do you need new ones?” I had to explain that they had not been replaced, which I found quite frustrating and unprofessional.

Every morning around 8:00–9:00 a.m., we were woken up by construction noise.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Eins war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es befand sivh im neuen, oder moderrnisierten Teil des Hotels.
.Der Empfang durch Nadia am Ankunftstag war sehr freundlich, sympathisch und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unser zweites Zimmer befand sich im älteren Teil des Hotels und war sehr altmodisch.
Betten alt und hart. Unter der Matratze lag kein Lattenrost, sondern eine zurecht geschnittene Preßspanplatte.
Im ganze Zimmer gab es 2 Steckdosem.
Eine im Flur, keine am Bett.
Das Zimmer kostete allerdimgs genausoviel wie das anderes moderne, auf "Stand der Zeit" Zimmer

החדר היה מרווח ומאובזר, מיטה גדולה, מקלחון גדול. המלון היה נקי. מכונת שתייה בלובי. בריכה בקומה העליונה, קומת מיטות השיזוף. מיקום מצוין

ריח של טחב בחדר שהקשה עלינו לנשום, לא היו שמפו ומרכך במקלחת, המזגן היה כל הזמן על טיימר, המזרון היה מעט קשה מדי. אשת הצוות בבריכה לא היתה נחמדה, לא היו מספיק מיטות שיזוף

Läget framförallt, rent och fräscht men hård säng. Skönt med pool i värmen.Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.
Pros:

Läget, mitt i stan om man ska vara där. Frukosten är helt okej. Sängen är lite hård, badrummet var fräscht, såg ganska nyrenoverat ut. Saknade att det inte fanns fönster ut mot gatan men för 1 natt så gjorde det inget.
Poolen uppe på taket med solsängar var bra men fanns ingen personal som servade. Vi väntade länge men ingen kom så vi fick ut.
